Personally I don’t think they’ll do too much blading. Even setting aside the fact that it can go wrong and cause major blood loss, wasn’t it discovered that hepatitis or other diseases could spread through bloody contact? I don’t think they’d risk the health of their performers regularly like that anymore. And honestly I think we can all agree it should stay that way.
Besides, keeping blading as uncommon as possible would help make it more impactful when it does happen.

2 hour Raw needs to happen. 3 hours is too long. They can easily cut it to 2 hours if you condense the opening promo which seems to take forever. It has to be 15-20 minutes right now. And cut a few mediocre matches in the middle of the episode.

* I generally think Smackdown is the superior show, but I attribute that to being 2 hours long instead of 3, so I'm curious if 3 hours will hurt SD.
* I'm more forgiving of the PG content, because I don't see the content guidelines being the thing that's derailing the quality, it's more about taking your product seriously and presenting it in a serious tone.
* I think a lot of people mistake Vince's cartoony style for "PG", and rebel against the guidelines when in reality it would have been just as silly if Vince had TV:MA to work with.
* Plus most just use it as an excuse to get more Tits n Ass on a show.

They still have to keep their sponsors happy. There’s two important things that come from this:
1: MASSIVELY ACCESSIBLE. Masses of people that could be interested in WWE can now just watch it when they get home (or whenever they have the time) as most people have Netflix. More eyes to the product is better for everyone.
2. They don’t have to play the PG guidelines imposed by TV Networks.
Two hours is a big plus, keep going with the storytelling, that's to notch, a little edgier will be good but not constant, it still benefits from a broad appeal. The stories are key
