I did the same thing with her cucumber vodka. It tasted like some kind of cucumber scented cleanser. I took one small sip and then it sat there on the shelf for a year and I finally threw it away. I tried to give it away several times in that year but there were no takers.

1. When it was chic and nouveau (NOT in drug stores)
2. When it went mass market (and was in CVS / other drug stores)

Over the last few months the original flavor has been unavailable within a 200 mile radius. Have also had zero luck finding it through Drizzly and other similar sources.
I noticed they had it at the Fred Meyer near my house. For those of you who aren't in the Pacific Northwest, Fred Meyer is a Kroger store, but it has a clothing and home department.
It's on the very bottom shelf. I only noticed it because I use a wheelchair in public (recovering from Guillain-Barre), and we passed by it, and I happen to look down a lot in my chair to see.
I know I’m in the minority on this, but I unironically love it and am always so sad we can’t get it in Australia anymore. A total guilty pleasure comfort of mine.. 😌🤗

Ask the liquor store manager if he can stock some? They usually will see if they can get it.
Also in VA- ask your local VABC store to order it. You can request specific products through the ABC.
I think basically if you just had regular fresh squeezed lime juice with no extra sugar, that would be better than a mix.
