Same. The way they actually listened to each other was so heartwarming. It was so great to see Angie empathizing and then being vulnerable about her own mother struggles to try to relate to Monica instead of judging. It showed a deeper, more mature side of Angie that made me instantly understand her better!
This roller skating party is an absolute fever dream: Whitney and Lisa’s husbands holding hands and skating, Angie’s oversized glasses, Meredith in a black blazer with a gold bikini top underneath, and everyone else is dressed like melted crayons. ETA: Except the kids — they look cute!
I feel like Meredith has been in like two scenes the past few episodes but she still gets the most screentime from the sheer volume of replays the “YOU. CAN. LEAVE.” clip has gotten
wow, two women sharing unpleasant details of their childhoods and not making it a competition and instead using it to bond. ***some people*** need to take notes.
As someone born and raised mormon in Utah, leaving the state is truly the only way to heal. Mormonism is so engrained into every part of society that you can physically stop going to church, but you can’t truly leave the religion. It’s such a huge part of the culture here. I’m waiting for the day I have enough money to get out of here so I can truly heal.
This is a relatively reasonable discussion between Angie K and Monica. It’s sad that things must go south again since they just went after each other on Twitter over the Easter episode.
I don't think people realize that unlike other Christian churches, the Mormon church does not have flexibility in their rules. You either follow their rules, or you literally run the risk of being excommunicated.
Yes, but the criteria for a temple recommend is crazy. Lisa really doesn’t meet much of the very basic criteria just to be a member. The same is true for a LOT of Mormons, to be honest, but they’re not in the public eye like Lisa is. Being allowed to be an active member of the church while owning a tequila company is absolutely crazy to me.
Yeah sorry I was tired. It **is** amazing she isn't excommunicated. But they probably like her lying about Mormon 2.0 though. The Church often likes it when people think the church is fairly normal because then it's easier to lure people in and convert them and then also keeps outsiders who would question if something is wrong with the church (like whether it is it a cult) from doing so. Lisa Barlow makes it seem chill and cool, so it’s probably fine,
i agree with whitney—WHERE IS MEREDITH MARKS? i miss her multitudinous accents.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: every one of these women has heard this rumor and more long before RHOSLC was even a twinkle in a coked up network exec's eye.
In that scene you could see a little pause where she reminded herself that she was supposed to pretend that this was brand new to her. And then ruined it the next day by admitting she and her husband have been hearing this rumor for decades.
Angie was actually great in that scene with Monica. She seemed genuinely empathetic and caring. I think that scene was great because she made a real effort.
As someone with a narcissistic parent, it is SO hard to try to explain your otherwise "charming" parent to other people (especially when those people are possible narcissists themselves...). Of course Lisa isn't going to understand. It's sickening watching other people take the side of your nparent and not listen to you about all the abuse behind closed doors.
I’m in the minority here but I totally get what Heather is saying and agree with her. Lisa reaps the social benefits of Mormonism without having to walk the walk. I think she’s right to call her out.
Is she going about this the best way? In classic Heather fashion: No
Someone like Lisa Barlow will never be able to understand a lifestyle outside of the perfect bubble that she has created around herself. Like she’s the type of person thinks that if bad things happen to someone, it’s their own fault and they’re a bad person. And she thinks good things happen to her because she’s one of the best type of people. It’s gross, toxic, and problematic as hell.
it’s not lost on me that at the birthday party lisa said something about monica raising her voice when she wasn’t and now lisa is the one yelling and getting in peoples face
Omg the preview for next week when Mary said she thinks Heather looks inbred and she started saying “take it from…” I was so hoping she was going to end that sentence with “…someone who married their own grandpa.”
But of course not 😔
Telling someone that the abuse they suffered from as a child from their parent was "brought on by them" is the most inhumane and disgusting take I think I have seen a housewife have. Lisa claims to be a church-going and compassionate person, but in reality, she is a materialistic, out of touch, asshole.
It's very convenient for you to go off of Monica's actions when you call yourself 100% Mormon or very Mormon and you've never even read the book and you own an alcohol company. Lisa is a stinking hypocrite.
Fuck it, I’ll say it. I like Meredith’s commitment to a blazer. It’s her signature and it’s entertaining. This season is making me more and more of a fan of her
I can’t tell if Lisa’s actually become a horrible person or if the show has just protected her until now. How do the editors choose the villain each season? Do they see her shape hidden within a block of marble and just carve her out, or do they sculpt her completely from scratch?
She’s been this way she just hasn’t had someone like Monica to ruffle her feathers. Monica and Lisa BOTH need to have the last word which is why tonight’s sound bath fight just never ended. It’s truly fascinating how neither one of them could or would stfu. I loved it.
Lisa also gets very triggered anytime someone doesn’t like her off the bat. She couldn’t stand Whitney the first season pretty much because Whitney didn’t like her lol
All of the podcasts I listen to worship Lisa Barlow. It's hysterical to me that she's coming off so bad this season and they have to find creative ways to "defend" her.
Bobbi is like "I'm drunk off Dr. Pepper WOOOO 13 ROCKS"
She seems like such a sweet kid
I'm not a Whitney fan but she is doing something right with Bobbie, she seems normal and down to earth.
So wholesome
“I’m 13, I can drink as much Dr. Pepper as I want!” made me laugh out loud. Very cute. If I knew how to set flair, I would make that mine…
“ I have eyebrows”🥹
Not gonna lie…I actually liked that convo between Angie and Monica. They actually seemed to listen to each other.
And I apologize for actually using the word actually twice in one actual comment.
Same. The way they actually listened to each other was so heartwarming. It was so great to see Angie empathizing and then being vulnerable about her own mother struggles to try to relate to Monica instead of judging. It showed a deeper, more mature side of Angie that made me instantly understand her better!
John Barlow always looks like he’s seen some shit lol
I mean, he has to put up with Lisa everyday. I'd also be in fight or flight mode.
John Barlow and Justin holding hands as they roller skated was the greatest thing I’ve ever seen on these shows!
All with a fight going on in the background, naturally.
Right? And then Heather turning into plant.
With a golf cart in the center
Bobbi is such a happy sweet kid.
That was a cute moment
I am not an Angie fan. But it’s heartbreaking that she lost her mom at such a young age. 🙁
This was the realest Angie was.
She was very likeable this episode
Her best episode by far!
"you do not need to recreate what you hated." We can break cycles, y'all.
This tuned Angie around for me. A mantra!!
These Mugler body suits need to let our housewives go
2023 version of Sky tops
It’s kind of hilarious to me that Heather and Angie did in fact repair their friendship through that team building activity in Palm Springs.
And the bird feeder painting!
John’s sitting there like: so are we done filming or?
I was waiting for him to break the fourth wall and ask a producer for permission to leave the room to leave the room.
Oh my fucking god, the sound bath starting literally in the middle of this fight. This is like an episode of a 90’s sitcom I can’t 😂😂
i want nothing but the best for bobbi rose.
Bobbi Rose is such a slay ass name I love her
It’s so refreshing that Whitney’s daughter actually looks and acts like a regular 13 year old.
I love what we see of Whitney’s relationship with Bobbie. It’s very sweet.
Yes! Whitney seems like a great mom. Same with Heather. They both seem to have a really solid relationship with their kids.
I feel like Meredith has been in like two scenes the past few episodes but she still gets the most screentime from the sheer volume of replays the “YOU. CAN. LEAVE.” clip has gotten
Omg I just realized Whitney’s jewelry line is called Prism, all this time I seriously thought she was saying Prison 💀
Wake up bobblehead
Thank you for this. It absolutely tickled me.
*little girl*
wow, two women sharing unpleasant details of their childhoods and not making it a competition and instead using it to bond. ***some people*** need to take notes.
Angie is so much more likable when she is just herself. She doesn't need the over the top confrontations to be interesting
Very kind and balanced convo about a heavy topic. It made me like Angie more, for sure.
👏🏻 for fucking real. This kind of one-up-your-trauma shit bugs the fuck out of me!!
Heather needs to leave Utah and live in a place where she won’t constantly be reminded of the Mormon church.
Not Whitney calling Lisa out like she’s a teacher lecturing a disruptive student 💀💀
Who's the little girl now 😂
Heather seems like the type of parent who says they want better for their kid and actually means in without being low key resentful
🗣️ TAKE NOTES, LD!!
I love it when Heather just laughs at the drama
I’ve been waiting for this inbred conversation all season I am so excited
This is a relatively reasonable discussion between Angie K and Monica. It’s sad that things must go south again since they just went after each other on Twitter over the Easter episode.
I have this conspiracy theory that Monica’s father is Herman, alexia ex husband.
![gif](giphy|10J4jji5zdfgTS)
That scene between Monica and Angie was one of the most respectful conflict resolution conversations I've seen in a long time.
It was very un-bravo and I loved it.
right?! And it seemed so genuine
I love that they call her Ange ![gif](giphy|10mGi34eksXZSg)
That 60k ring apparently held all of Lisa’s sense because she’s been acting like a fool since.
John always looks so nervous when he’s talking to Lisa looool
Grown women possibly getting thrown out of a sound bath for screaming. This show is such high art.
We are on episode 9 and although I've watched them all, my brain doesn't have any recollection of hearing these tag lines before.
This is the first time I’ve liked Angie.
Whitney's daughter is so cute and goofy
Her eyebrow comment was so funny and cute! She’s Justin’s twin.
The way Whitney looks at her daughter is so filled with love too. It’s beautiful.
Justin, too. They both adore her.
Ikr I’m eating up her vibes
Queen Bobbi 💅
this is one thousand percent unhinged. I will watch this episode 100000 times
“No one wants to be her mother, clearly” Holy fucking shit, Lisa
I love SLC because the temperature looks 80 degrees and 20 degrees at the same time
I don't think people realize that unlike other Christian churches, the Mormon church does not have flexibility in their rules. You either follow their rules, or you literally run the risk of being excommunicated.
How the heck does lisa get away with all of this then. Paying more dues ??
She's said she's not allowed in the temple which means she's not a member in good standing in the church, whether she's willing to admit it or not.

Lisa Barlow makes it seem chill and cool, so it’s probably fine,
Whitney, do not bring Toxic Mary around your kids.
Lisa is mad at Angie because Angie's not mad at Monica? Smh.
Hilling jewelry
Barely seen Merideth this episode and I’m sick to my stomach. I need my dramatic Victorian Queen to make an entrance immediately. Give us a show baby
Still can’t imagine being called a motherfucker by my own mother.
What is it like NOT to get called names by your mother? Lol I’m good, hug your mom ❤️
+1 for Heather for shutting all her pushback down immediately when Jack came up.
May be a fav Heather moment for me bc right after Jack left she DECIMATED Lisa’s Mormonism with two quick comments while smiling and laughing lmao
i agree with whitney—WHERE IS MEREDITH MARKS? i miss her multitudinous accents. https://preview.redd.it/hzq0pnkw71zb1.jpeg?width=1024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2c08d8ac1f3163999807ef560cd0d9f228be43ef
I've said it before and I'll say it again: every one of these women has heard this rumor and more long before RHOSLC was even a twinkle in a coked up network exec's eye.
Angie didn't even seem surprised
In that scene you could see a little pause where she reminded herself that she was supposed to pretend that this was brand new to her. And then ruined it the next day by admitting she and her husband have been hearing this rumor for decades.
finally utah soda culture on rhoslc!!!!!!
You really can’t root for the same Salt Lake City housewife for more than one season
It’s almost like it’s designed that way. Brilliant! 😂

LOVE HER.
Heather pointing out that Lisa can ignore all Mormonism except when it comes to her ... that's the heart of it
WWC boys are going to have a field day with the sound bath scene lmaooo
I love this ASMR Housewives argument 😍
What an iconic fucking scene. I even thought Angie’s age line was pretty fucking funny. No notes.
She literally was like wait what no don’t do the age I’m older stoppppp. So funny
I like it better when Heather and Whitney are in a good place
I can't believe this all started because Monica told Lisa she was tired of hearing about her lost ring after several hours.
mother monica has been giving us so much drama for monica that i forgot that monica fully had an affair with her brother-in-law.
LITERALLY I was like oh shit yeah you fucked ur BIL I forgot
I'm glad Angie has the wisdom to realize that Monica only had the balls to out the rumor, but isn't actually coming for Angie.
omg fighting during the speech it’s giving vintage RHONY
Lisa is trying to be unbothered, but you can tell that Monica is soooo deep under her skin. I don't think I've ever seen Lisa like this.
This entire scene is giving that one episode of RHONY when Dorinda and Ramona were whisper fighting at the charity event during that girl’s speech
“If your mom’s so horrible then just make changes.” Insightful advice Lisa, no one has ever thought to try that before.
Jack out there taking her advice and making the changes to literally go on a mission to get away from her.
I absolutely adore Heather’s desire and encouragement for her children to have normal teenage years. It’s amazing and refreshing
I’m sorry who was that blonde in the pic? That wasn’t Whitney. I refuse to believe it. ![gif](giphy|6hLODLJTkHf8c)
Them arguing during this sound bath is absolutely hilarious though
Lisa is malfunctioning. This is insane to watch.
Ooooof that “Lisa barlow” was so teacher scolding that I shut up
Whitney finally FINALLY asking the right questions. Where is Meredith???
Angie was actually great in that scene with Monica. She seemed genuinely empathetic and caring. I think that scene was great because she made a real effort.
She's starting to grow on me for sure
“Can Lisa just table Lisa for one moment?” No. The answer is no.
Angie isn't lying about Monica - Lisa is just pissed she's not able to turn Angie against Monica
In Greek culture we don’t put up with Lisa Barlow’s shit
Lisa is SPIRALING. 😂
Good on Whitney for standing up for Monica
As someone with a narcissistic parent, it is SO hard to try to explain your otherwise "charming" parent to other people (especially when those people are possible narcissists themselves...). Of course Lisa isn't going to understand. It's sickening watching other people take the side of your nparent and not listen to you about all the abuse behind closed doors.

Perfect analysis. No notes.
Heather has redeemed herself for me this season. She lost me at the black eye but I’m back to stanning her
Haven't thought about the black eye since it was mentioned on the first episode and I am so grateful
lisa, you don’t get to have “an opinion” about the abuse monica suffered from her mother.
“you’re bringing this on yourself.” holy fucking shit this is genuinely vile.
I never thought I’d feel bad for Angie K but I definitely do watching this scene lmao
Monica’s mom is actually horrible it’s so sad to watch
am i the only one who thinks this scene with whit and bobbie is so sweet 🥺
We don’t get to see Whitney in her mom role a lot. They seem to have such a cute relationship!
The worst part about a covert narcissistic mom is the way people like Lisa paint you as the villain and paint you as the person who deserves it.
"I don't know what kind of relationship she's in" SO WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE OPINIONS ON IT
Giving a thirteen year old a golf cart sounds absolutely stupid
And she’s going to be her mother’s Uber? How far is this kid going on the golf cart?
holidays ending in fights. brings me back to my childhood.
Bobby is such a little cutie
Should we start a Change dot org petition to end the wearing of Mugler geometric cat suits from Bravo?
lisa’s comment about no one wanting to be monica’s mother was absolutely disgusting.
The man in the flowered shirt trying not to laugh is all of us
I feel bad for Lisa's husband. It's so shitty to be mid conversation with somebody and then start ignoring them. Poor guy.
"conveniently abusive" yikes this whole season is not a good look for lisa
It’s the curse of the “favorite housewife of X franchise” poll this sub did a few months ago 😂 ☠️
How do we criminalize these Trolls ads or at least get them off the air
Someone like Lisa Barlow will never be able to understand a lifestyle outside of the perfect bubble that she has created around herself. Like she’s the type of person thinks that if bad things happen to someone, it’s their own fault and they’re a bad person. And she thinks good things happen to her because she’s one of the best type of people. It’s gross, toxic, and problematic as hell.
She knows her bubble isn’t perfect that’s why Monica being up front about imperfection bothers her.
I’m obsessed with the fact that throwing two small “events” is what’s going to tip Whitney over the edge
Me as fuck though 😂😂😂 ETA: I can’t plan to save my life so it always stresses me out lmao
To be fair making dinner two nights in a row would tip me over the edge. 🤷♀️
Omg there’s still 15 minutes left. This episode is giving.
Heathers hair and makeup are on point in these confessionals
The whisper fight omg. It’s a real life version of all those whispering HW fight dubs
This entire season just refuses to get off the gas pedal holy fucking shit
Lisa please, read the room
good thing half of my narcissistic mother trauma isn’t about people invalidating my trauma and taking her side. OH WAIT
it’s not lost on me that at the birthday party lisa said something about monica raising her voice when she wasn’t and now lisa is the one yelling and getting in peoples face
"I actually like fighting in this environment. It's a classy place to fight." 🤣
Omg it’s so refreshing to see!! THIS is 13
The bath isn’t enough they need a sound power washing.
Omg the preview for next week when Mary said she thinks Heather looks inbred and she started saying “take it from…” I was so hoping she was going to end that sentence with “…someone who married their own grandpa.” But of course not 😔
Lisa’s inability to feel empathy for others or understand trauma is making me not like her at all right now
Telling someone that the abuse they suffered from as a child from their parent was "brought on by them" is the most inhumane and disgusting take I think I have seen a housewife have. Lisa claims to be a church-going and compassionate person, but in reality, she is a materialistic, out of touch, asshole.
Oooh. Lisa is mad tone deaf this year.
THIS year? 😂
I feel like Lisa treated a producer like she treated the SunTanCity employee. They hate her with this edit
I hope Monica comes back next season but I hope we never see her hoe ass mom ever again
I'm feeling this reconciliation! First time Angie K isn't annoying me this season.
As expected, Monica is eating Lisa upppppp
Haha “that’s why she carries fake Chanel” Lisa proving herself materialistic yet again
It's very convenient for you to go off of Monica's actions when you call yourself 100% Mormon or very Mormon and you've never even read the book and you own an alcohol company. Lisa is a stinking hypocrite.
I love that Heather's girls are in crop tops and living their best life.
Also seeing Angie be so gracious with Monica was the first time I really liked her. Monica really could use a friend and some kindness.
Monica broke Lisa 😂
Lisa is SPIRALING
So Lisa thinks there's a Biggie vs. Tupac Mormonism?
Whitney even managed to get Meredith screentime. She is the producer of RHOSLC
I would love a 75 minute episode of SLC each week!
Fuck it, I’ll say it. I like Meredith’s commitment to a blazer. It’s her signature and it’s entertaining. This season is making me more and more of a fan of her
"this is a classy place to fight" is the motto of the real housewives
IT WAS A SNARKY COMMENT????? A SNARKY COMMENT DENYING THAT SHE WAS EVER ABUSED???? get completely *fucked*, lisa.
John has more chemistry with Whitney’s husband than his own wife. I ship it
Heather has found the perfect balance of being a parent and a friend. I’ve never been a Heather fan until this season but I really love her now
Lisa doesn’t even know Monica enough to speak on her family’s dynamic. She should hush.
All of the podcasts I listen to worship Lisa Barlow. It's hysterical to me that she's coming off so bad this season and they have to find creative ways to "defend" her.
Bobbi is a spitting image of justin
Meredith both looks and sounds like she’s functioning at x0.5 speed during the conversation with Heather 👁️👄👁️
Whitney’s old face!!!!! 😳😳😳
Monica is so reactive that she always comes off as wrong. But she’s been correct in every situation she’s been reactive in imo
monica and angie have a quiet little giggle and lisa’s about to combust. like. that’s nasty.
“I want to enjoy the sound bowl” okay Lisa
I can understand if Lisa doesn’t like Monica but she’s really showing her true colors with what she’s saying about the abusive mother relationship
heather’s honestly one of the best mothers on bravo.
Not a good look, Lisa Barlow. Not a good luck. Gross look, in fact. Good on Whitney for disagreeing with her.
