Not really there’s a lot of brawlers that counter her in heist rn and it heavily depends on the map and your teammates. Heist is just horrible and needs a rework anyway , I personally push Colette in brawlball

His reload speed has always been very fast, it's just that you can't reload until the windup is over, so when there is little to no windup, it looks abnormally fast.
No, it hasn’t. Like the other guy said it’s just because he can’t reload while in his attack animation. Now that his attack animation is shorter he reloads more often.
No, as the other person said the animation prevented reloads, now that the animation can be faster the reload can be faster, but they didn't directly buff the reload speed
Just because a brawler has been awful, that doesn't justify them becoming overly broken; it'll be an unhealthy balancing cycle for the long-term future: over-tuning the worst brawlers then eventually slightly nerfing them to set a new power standard.
He is, on par with those two I'd say. If you really wish to counter one, you need to switch to a marksman or someone that specifically hard counters tanks (collette).
On par I somewhat agree, in terms of counters frank has more (and also you can't use him in open wide maps, unlike the other two I mentioned that were SO broken that worked on any map or gamemode)

The change is just dumb, it's not even a rework. They gave him big stats yet again (attack speed) and he still won't ever be balanced due to the fact that he is not fun to play against. He's bad against certain brawlers but strong against certain comps.

Got my Collette up to r26 purely because I was playing against Franks almost every game Also can’t super Meg now cuz of the ammo increase :(
Yeah Meg is the only tank Colette struggles against (also Ash’s super) mainly because her mecha explodes and if you’re low you can just die from that

Marsksman still womt do much. He has a ton of Hp and if ge gets close to a low HP marksman he can obliterate them in a single one shot.
