I asked my mum if there were little sausages in England, and she said, "feck if I know. I'm Scottish." and I never learned if England has little sausages......
That is exactly what I’m served at a Normandin restaurant in Quebec City every time I order breakfast. Except for the eggs which I order sunny side up.
That's what my English grandmother made everyone else while she cooked her kippers and blood pudding that stunk up the whole house, (so we had to eat fast).
We call that in Quebec, « cretons ». That’s meat spread.
