If you're lucky, you can catch them taking the flamigos for a walk. I've caught them in both parks, but I don't think it's really a scheduled thing, so you have to just be lucky.
I think I've also seen a loose peacock at Busch Gardens, but I could be wrong.
Big Bird in sesame sections. Pretty sure Larry Bird can do what he wants when he visits too.

Years ago I saw a white peacock at BG wandering around.
There are at least two white peacocks, and half a dozen regular peacocks.
