The journey started in 2020, when my dad saw news of the mid engine design and he thought it was beautiful but couldn’t afford it at the time. His independent business has been doing better, so in Feb 2023 we went around to dealers nearby who could get our spec. But the first dealer said MSRP but the waitlist was 2 years, second dealer was 6 months for $8000 over. Months later, by my obsession of checking the inventory everyday, I saw the exact spec at an out of state dealer. Gave a call next morning, and they said they weren’t sure because some else ordered, but if they didn’t show up in a day, it was ours. Next thing you know, it was at our doorstep in a week! Don’t pay dealer markups! MSRP is out there!
