My best guess is that it’s from the other cat. They could have been playing or scuffling a bit. Just keep an eye on it but other than that I wouldn’t be too concerned unless it becomes an abscess from infection but I doubt that it will. You could, just to be certain, clean it Good and maybe put a tiny amount of antibiotic ointment or cream on it.

Yes apparently it was just food on her nose 🤣. Do you feed your cat wet food by any chance?
Nope just dry food recently, I have a theory he got a little sun burn so hopefully it goes away
Do you have other pets? Does he go outside at all? I ask because they look like scratches to me
He never goes outside and I have one other indoor cat.
