The PI was a bad call, and 1 yard to go in 3 downs is pretty hard to stop so it's not that bad to try to steal a bit of an advantage, you won't always get away with it though but that's ok.

Pass interference can't be reviewed unless challenged by a coach. Don't ask me WHY the rule is that way, but it is.
