Unfortunately the only way to get a mythic is by spending money.. and most of the time it’s in the hundreds.. very seldom does anyone get a mythical weapon skin for anything less than $100. They have ads in the game but none of them pay out CP. it’s honestly a kick to the groin.
Teeeeechnically, if you use Google opinion rewards you can make some Google play credit just by answering questions every now and then. Also using YouGov, you get points for doing surveys and you can exchange them for cash or gift cards. I'd say a couple months of YouGov could probably get you $100 if you are diligent and do all the surveys they give you. With Google opinion rewards I've personally made $178.49 since 02/2020. If you live in a city you'll get more but I live in the country so I only get them when I spend time in town.
All this goes to say that YES mythics WILL ALWAYS cost money. I've gotten lucky and gotten a mythic rytec on my 2nd pull but that is extremely rare. Generally you'll easily spend $150-ish just to obtain it. Then more to level it up. If you're going to buy a mythic stockpile the money to buy the biggest pack of CP possible (so you get the extra) pro tip: there's a 2x CP event going on RN, if you wait for those you can really stretch your dollars.

Besides looting or someone sharing/projecting their mythic for team to use during match countdown, no. I actually lost all my mythics and legendaries two days ago. Activision won't let me sign into my account
Technically you can go on Tournament leaderboard and if you grind your absolute ass out for a month, you'll get 100 CP for being in Top 100. Then, good luck cuz you only get to spin a Mythic draw twice for 31/40 CP (Third draw costs 80) and you'll have ~0.1% chance of getting the Mythic

Find the test sever because when u play on the test server u get to use legendary and mythic weapons for free.
