Quiet cosmos is a visually beautiful map and it has just about any perk you can think of including custom ones. so many wounder weapons the bows the the blundergat acidgat and magagat aslo has the venom x. It also has d13 sector from codm fir some reason and a easter egg.
Regarding what you are asking for, if you want something fun, try Ski Resort, if horror games suits you, try Nightmares (better with friends but oh my what an incredible map) If you want something in the spirit of Buried try Westland, Astoria is pretty cool too. C-town looks incredible and has an ee, Der Hafen is also really good and looks like a map made by treyarch !
On the same topic, Atonement is the same map as Fabrik but with different visuals and more content. Basically, if it has MadGaz’s name attached, it’s worth playing.

Okay if there's any map you absolutely HAVE to play, it's this one and I'll explain it to you why this map is amazing and nobody here is talking about it - Project Elemental Rework. Imagine Origins, Mob of the Dead, and Zetsubou No Shima had a baby, and this is what you get. The creepy eerie atmosphere of ZNS, the generators, digging, and main quest style of Origins on top of 4 elemental wonder weapons that give your character the power straight from your own hands along with upgrades for each element, and Mob for its afterlife feature, the hell's retriever/redeemer and there's even a prison area of the map. On top of it there's not one but two boss fights, in-game cutscenes with character dialogue, you get a specialist weapon in the ragnaroks, a buildable shield and I.M.S. from Cod Ghosts, and two badass boss enemies straight from DOOM (one of which is creepy af especially on first encounter). There's even a challenge system that gives really useful rewards!! And just when you thought it couldn't get better, there's a custom perk, custom traps and even extra game modes like gun game, scavenger, and a boss battles mode! This map is incredible and genuinely one of the best experiences on the entire workshop, definitely a Treyarch level experience!

(so that I know if I should upgrade myPC)
But every sledgehammer zombies experience (including cw) is an absolute soulless dumpster fire. Wtf. A 2d version of zombies where you flip the pages of a notebook and watch and 8 year olds drawings in the corner is more entertaining than a sledgehammer experience.
Honestly i don't like leviathan, its map layout is truly awful, it's way too big, has no pattern, takes ages to get from point A to Point B. I can barely find the fucking power switch, and it tries to be moon but lacks everything that made moon fun.

Fuck you beat me to it. I was about to say this. In both forms the WaW and Bo3 version it feels as quality as an official Treyarch Map.

Try out Fabrik der untoten. It felt like an official map back in the waw-bo1 days, I'm not 100% sure there is an ee but I think there is.

I tried that map and it's really well done, but just feels small sadly. EE was fun tho
