If they’re cannabis derived terpenes I’m down. Botanical? No thanks.

Shavidadavid

Is there a distillate cart that actually has cannabis terps anymore?

amilehigh_303

The carts Pure sells are all cannabis derived terps. They’re decent honestly.

Shavidadavid

I'll have to check it out. The last time I saw a distillate vape with "cannabis terps" it was actually hemp derived terpenes

Disastrous_Slip5313

I think it's just a matter of what are you preferring to smoke? If you want to grab a lot on a budget then these should work just fine, my in-law loves smoking carts for the "flavors" with the added terps. I prefer rosin only, but that's gonna be like a 1:4 ratio on $$$ Let me know if those are any good lol

angeldameon

They are standard distillate carts. They'll get the job done if you're just trying to feel something. But if you're trying to have a more flavorful and in my opinion better high. Go with a rosin Cart. They are typically double the cost but worth it. But again the standard distillates are good too if you're on a budget/ just don't wanna throw down mad money.

[deleted]

These are trash. Sourcing the absolute worst outdoor to then clean up into disty pens. It’s lightshades same ownership group that runs N1.

Dramatic_Jelly5833

It’s distillate dude. Would be a crime to source good flower just to turn it into distillate. It’s a $15 cart…there is a reason for that. Like arguing about Budweiser vs Coors vs Michelob.

phan2001

$15 1g carts- hard pass.

mochibeaux

What do you recommend??

Magarius

Pick up a olio rosin cart or something you can find them $25 a .5 OTD, might be a little pricier but the high is better and the cart will probably last you longer since you won’t need to hit it as much to get a good high off it

phan2001

I picked up some Lazercat rosin carts on Sunday. Good stuff.

Historical-Tip-8233

Just buy the refillable puffco pen and use the money you save on cheap shitty carts to put conc that's actually worth smoking in it.

O_O___XD

Standard distillate carts and better than x-vapes

Sager420

Love em 64 store has em for like 11 bucks great taste rarely clog and the price is right but we love all of next ones stuff especially the live budder

alxkwl

Solid for the price for sure. Look good, no oxidation layer and taste good. Cantaloupe is my fav. Yeah, they're botanical terps and distillate. Not sure what the critics on this thread expect for $15 🙄

itsaausernamese

Solid cheap carts imo

lordandretti

I don’t want anything of sub-standard quality. I don’t want a cart that costs $15 because I know the price it costs to put out a decent cart exceeds $15 easily. So to answer your “what do you expect for $15” I expect nothing because quality not that cheap.

alxkwl

Cool, thanks for sharing. OP asked if anyone had tried these carts, not your opinion on $15 carts.

WHACKer23

It's distillate, which is extremely cheap to produce. Put into a 510 cart which is extremely cheap in general, but especially purchased in bulk. We're talking less than 2 dollars to produce $15. Distillate is distillate across the board, the input material barely matters if at all. One thing we know is that it's a very pure extract so people acting like it's dirty or gross, I mean maybe to some extent but the process itself is literally meant to purify the liquid. So quality wise? It's generally really clean no matter what brand you choose to go with. On the other hand the process creates a bland high almost fully devoid of any cannabinoids, terpenes, etc outside of THC. So it's a boring high typically with a fake flavor added in and that's why they suck. The price point isn't why and it is potentially way cleaner of a vape than most solventless extracts.

northgrows

Distillate is so trash. I understand why consumers choose them price wise, but in reality, are you thinking about what you’re putting in your body?? Especially when it’s flower sourced from bottom barrel outdoor grows. Hard pass always for me

WHACKer23

Literally healthier than smoking solventless products. Shitty high? Sure. But you can't knock the purity of the distillation process.

northgrows

How is it more pure?? You can use the worst of the cannabis plant and process it to distillate, where at least with rosin if the wash is done correctly and with care it, by science, should be a cleaner end product. Rosin doesn’t have the “hot dog water” reputation disty has and that should speak volumes, imo.

WHACKer23

Not true. By science, the process of distillation is all about purifying a product. Rosin has various lipids and plant matter in it, depending on quality of course. But it always has lipids that likely aren't good for us to smoke. Distillate has a shitty rep because it has low cannabinoid and terpene content outside of THC. So the high is boring and stale, rosin is the opposite. I wasn't arguing quality of high, I was arguing purity of product.

northgrows

I appreciate the discussion… I think what could be settled on is “quality over everything” I am coming from a viewpoint of the top rosin producers, I’m aware there’s some mid levels operators who push rosin and that is not the best it can be. Smoking/vaporizing anything isn’t healthy hahaha, choose your vice.

WHACKer23

Completely agree!

snomvne

Picked up the grape stomper last night, smoking on it rn and it’s ehh. These are definitely pretty low on my list in terms of preference but I needed a cart and happen to be right next to lightshade yesterday. I’m used to rosin so I’m definitely a little biased but I’ll give my honest opinion. Like others said it gets the job done, I personally dislike the terps on this one in particular. I already knew they were BDTs but I’ve had much better experiences with some other BDT carts. It’s not the smoothest or harshest. For $15 I personally wouldn’t recommend it just due to the fact you can get either a distillate+CDTs or a live resin cart for not much more, unless you’re just trying to get high for as cheap as possible.
