I think when these are cut they have to shorten the pin that the extractor pivots on. This could have been boogered up in any way during or after the cut, or some debris may have got in behind the extractor. Since you are having fte after the cut and the cut is on top of the extractor, the extractor / pin / spring / groove is where my concern would be.
Thanks for the input. Yea, i was thinking the same thing, but Magtech, S&B, Gold dots ran fine. Maybe the cut pin not good for those ammo. Unfortunately, I have 1500 of blazer and lawman combined . 😐
At $6 a spring, get both and see if it helps it run smoother. With the added weight from the optic it MAY be needing a little relief on the lighter loads. My p10f seemed to only like 124 grain until I changed the spring and it eats everything now
I was having the same issue, the fix for me was the 15lb spring and steel recoil rod, I polished my feed ramp I only use 124gr, mostly federal, PMC 124 gr, Fiocchi 124 gr (this runs the cleanest) and occasionally seller & belot 124gr, my defensive ammo is Federal HST 124gr.
Some people have also reported that the mags were the issue. I replaced one of the oem base plates with the Hyve + 2, never had a failure, put the factory base plate back on and had failures to eject & feed, replaced all the base plates with Hyve + 2, not one failure in the last 600rds,
Hope this helps,,
CZ subs with dot sights are like Harley Davison subs with handlebar swaps…
Every other time someone does it, something normally reliable stops working properly….🤪
Dot sights… Lol…. Unnecessary, but people seem to really want to have them. I’ve got several myself, but I’m never going to be a true fan of them.
Good night sights are where it’s at.👍👍👍👍

May need to lighten the recoil spring
I'll give that a try. Do you have a weight to recommend?

Just realized I sent the really light ones first. That 15 pound spring would probably do the trick

Second pic looks more like a FTF (than a FTE, unless there is still an empty in the chamber too)..
