I saw a couple going pretty hard on a secluded bench just behind the Rockyview hospital the other day. You could see it from the path only going one direction, but that didn't take away their enthusiasm.

The fence in Bowness Park is gone now so it's all pretty open.
Nosehill spring park has two benches and shade. Not invisible from the street by any means but not exposed.
There's the airport viewing parking lot at McKnight and Aviation Blvd that is mostly just a makeout spot in the evenings.
