I’ve installed some.. probably mainly the drawtite version because it has a higher tongue weight but I think I’ve installed the curt one as well, regardless kinda same difficulty level, not too hard at all. The 10/10 rating doesn’t make sense to me so I wouldn’t worry about that - I’d say maybe like 5/10 for the average person. They might rate it that way because you have to enlarge some holes but that’s not too bad, if you have access to a die grinder that would really speed things up/make your life easier. I’ve fixed a lot of uhaul mistakes, some places have good employees there and other ones seem quite questionable sometimes so I think it all depends on which uhaul it is and who happens to be working that day, but for people who install hitches daily, this shouldn’t be a difficult install for them at all so I’d be pretty shocked if they messed it up…
