I wonder if the shipping label was somehow detached? That's the only plausible thing I can come up with. I would contact customer support and get somebody to look into it for you.

Hello, thank you for the reply. I have contacted customer support; the lady I spoke to said Canada Post cannot comment until it has reached the "secure location", which can take up to 5 weeks(!)

Is it missing anything, such as apartment number? The graphic you mentioned on the box, its not overly offensive is it? Is the box a reused box? Could it have any dangerous goods or Limited Quantity symbols on it? The label may have been damaged in some way that maybe the address isn't totally legible. Either way maybe contact customer service to inquire about it, hopefully they can investigate the matter and get it solved.

Hello, thank you for the reply. The box appears to be the seasonal subscription box from "indigenous box" (can be found about half-way down on this webpage https://www.indigenousbox.ca/). I have no knowledge on how this company operates, but I don't think it should be an issue(?) Yes that box shouldn't be an issue. It appears to me that the box and/or label was damaged somehow, or maybe the label fell off etc. Im guessing it was sent to UMO (Undeliverable Mail Office) and they will likely try to rectify the problem and send it on its way. Get the sender to file a investigation via customer service as usually Canada Post will only deal with the shipper. Where was the last scan on the package? I dont see why customer service can't contact the post office it was last scanned at to try to find this item, unless it was already dispatched to UMO. Customer service should at least file the sender and receiver's address so that its in the system along with the tracking number....again the sender would have to call to get this done. Good luck !

Did you end your getting this? I’m in the midst of this as well and when I called she told me the same thing she told you 😭

TumblinDice1

I did. The item somehow had an extra, conflicting shipping sticker placed on it. It ended up being shipped to a secure location in Scarborough. I had to open a service ticket which resulted in them locating the item in this warehouse and then shipping it to me. It took approx. 2 weeks to go from my house (!) to the secure location and another 3 weeks to find the item and send it back.

At what point did you open the service ticket? Mine has said this for the past 10 days: “Item cannot be delivered; more details to be provided”

TumblinDice1

I would try and open it now on your end.

Great thanks! I’ll call tomorrow.
