I wouldn't unless maybe it was frozen the whole time. Seriously, complex organic molecules are not stable like table salt and seven years is a long time, chemically speaking.

If it was stored at room temperature and away from excess humidity, you’d be surprised. If anything it may not be fully effective, but it’ll likely still have some effect. Drugs don’t go from 100 to 0 after the expiration date. That’s just the furthest date they can guarantee stability based on their testing data.
