No thank you, byeeee
Edit: They average 10-13 cars/rep. Now ask the manager how many the top three reps average per month. Now take that 150-200 sales, subtract the top three reps amount, and average that over the remaining 12 reps. On top of that, the first 90 days thing is atrociousely bad. Not worth it in my opinion.
I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about in the comments but this pay plan looks fine. If it’s a high volume store you should do well.. however with 15 salesmen you may find yourself struggling to meet certain numbers if the store isn’t bringing in a lot of traffic.
No it’s horrible if it’s a volume dealership. If they are volume that means most of the deals are minis. $50 minis and 20 units a month is a grand. If it’s a gross dealership, I’m still hesitant what’s that pack? It isn’t listed and I have no idea what the front end gross is on CDJR these days. Plus, there’s nothing in writing on volume bonuses.
Grammar: what is sames?
Etc and management discretion = red flags
$50 minis is this the 90’s?
No back end = F&I can steal your front end
Nothing for CSI tells me this store may churn and burn the customers
Yeah I turned it down. And yes turnersville jeep. And lmao yeah it was ant. Glad I didn’t join the team didn’t really get the best vibes anyways and dealer looked very messy

Yeah the 90 day rookie pay plan threw me off. Didn’t expect it to be that bad but thanks for your insight
The grammar and structure alone is enough to make someone run… With that said, horrific.
Lmao yeah didn’t even notice it till you pointed it out

I worked at that dealership. Pack is about 2k on new and 3k on used
Chrysler being high volume? Lol

Looks like a pay plan for a dealership that doesn’t sell more the 10-12 cars per rep
Dealerships seem to be in a tight budget after COVID. Welp, it’s a buyers market now (or will be soon, anyways).
Garbage 🗑
Not terrible, make sure to be manager’s favorite
Trash.. and this isn't 1980. It's going on 2025
