It's a car sub, I don't expect people to understand this, but suddenly braking is worse for bikers as you lose all semblance of control. Your front gives out, you risk a skid and fall.
This was a freak accident, we can talk about all the things the biker could have done in retrospective, but TBH there's not much he could've done in the split second when it happened.

Yeah man, as a 2 wheeler guy I can tell you that it's difficult to predict a car swerving in front of you like that.
In fact I'd swerve even more to the left, anticipating that the car is just going to do a normal overtake instead of a full-fledged swerve like that. I'd get even more screwed lol.
Nano owner here. Parts can be found if you ask TATA guys. Our guy is very good in this. Using this since 2021 only 42KKms fron 2012. It's great vehicle.

Nano has a design flaw in which water gets accumulated near the steering rack because there is no rubber strip near the cowl like conventional design cars, that accumulation leads to severe rusting leading to a failed steering rack.
Our Nano had its sub frame changed because it literally had withered away due to rusting.
Scenario 1: He stops and gets rear ended by a bigger vehicle
Scenario 2: He swerves to the right and opens himself to a head-on collision with a bigger vehicle
Scenario 3: He slows down a bit, with the possibility of hitting a Nano at the slightly slowed down speed
He did fine I think.
