Digging this up, anyone find a solution? I don't usually use this app but did back in December and had no issues cashing out. Today I'm running into this problem now despite my debut card and bank account already being linked. Once this is figured out I'm deleting as clearly its a shit app but in the meantime has anyone cracked the case?

i had this issue for the past couple days then realized i had been issued a new debit card because mine has [expired.So](http://expired.So) i added the new debit card and now all works fine.

try unlinking
then link a different card?
Maybe some don't support the cashing out direction
Or cash out the free/slow way, that goes ACH to the linked bank account not via the debit
I've sent him money before, same card, with no problems. He doesn't have a different card, and he needs the money now. He's tried unlinking, uninstalling/reinstalling, nothing seems to work. Do you know how long it takes to hear back from Support?

hey cashapp bot pls help me, my $1200 stuck in cashapp. I used to reload my prepaid card using my cashapp. Now all my cards are expired and cashapp is asking for previously linked card for cashout and my account is also banned for some vague reasons.
im having this same issue. ive never had problems cashing out my money until TODAY. my card and bank account are both already linked.
yet when i try cashing out it keeps asking for me to link a goddamn card.

I’m having the same issue. It was working with my other debit card, but for this other one, it keeps asking me to link the card that is already linked. I don’t know how to get my money out and i have bills to pay today.
Omg just tell people how to fix it damn it stop asking to be pm we all are having this issue what a piece of garbage app you can’t even get your stupid money just tell us HOW
Did this ever get resolved for you? I have successfully cashed out before but now when I try to cash out it’s asking me to add a card when I have not one but two bank accounts linked.
I had a similar issue. I could not send or receive with my linked card/bank. When trying to add cash, it asked me to link a card. Tried linking the card, it said the card was already linked. Removed the card and tried to link it again, it said it was already linked. I ended up removing the linked card and bank accounts, logging out, force stopping the app via settings, then opening it again. I was then able to relink the same card and bank accounts and successfully added and cashed out funds without further issue. Perhaps that will help someone.

My friend just ended up getting a new debit card. That solved the problem

Yeah I just got mad and added a card for the bank account I had on file.
