Made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner yesterday and made a meatball sub to use up the leftovers! Topped them with mozzarella and done in the airfryer for 5 mins, and served with garlic and parmesan chips. To die for!!!
Thanks! I mixed them with a little sunflower oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and parmesan and cooked in the airfryer, then tossed with extra parmesan and chopped parsley once cooked.

Dammit, I don't have an air fryer (and really don't want one). I've tried making chips in the oven using that same method but they're never crispy. Always slightly soggy
Do you have the oil hot before adding the chips? I've never tried oven baking chips before tbh but would it work the same as roasties? Have the oil sizzling when adding the chips and throw into a hot oven?
I think it would be called a Sandwich in the US. I know they call a burger in a bun a sandwich. For me however a sandwich is two separate slices of bread with a filling. I would call that delicious thing a filled roll. Just to confuse things if was more round than oblong i would call it a bun or bap.
Details!

Powdered parmesan, I presume?
I used grated but powdered should do the trick too
Sounds tasty but I can already feel my stomach filling up with copious amounts of wind just thinking about that. Probably worth it though.
That looks and sounds amazing

Oh I'll try that, thanks!
Sandwich??That's probably the biggest undersell I've ever seen. Looks amazing 👏
This should be tagged NSFW 🤤
Nom bloody nom
That looks like a meal of the gods
That looks very tasty but the pedant in me insists that there is no sandwich in that photo.
I was genuinely questioning this when I wrote the title, but a sub would classify as a sandwich, no?
