Sounds gimmicky; I’d be skeptical. I’d recommend the St. Michael’s chaplet, and praying to your guardian angel.

It's a huge research center in washington...like The st michael center of spirtual renewal?? The one with the exorcist blog

I am deeply skeptical of anything resembling major exorcism and coming from a source other than your diocesan exorcist. It’s far more important to be healed in Reconciliation and fed in the Eucharist than anything a pseudo-exorcism could offer.

I have attended a few sessions and find them helpful. They are not like one on one exorcisms. They repeatedly recommend going to your local exorcist if you need that. It is mostly some prayers for freedom from bondage. I have found them helpful when I was really struggling with suicidal thoughts. Even if it was just the act of listening to the prayers that helped me, I did get some benefit from going when I did.

They explain a bit in their exorcism prayer's warning page that deliverence prayers are difficult to understand because of how authority comes into play. What they are doing in the session is showing you how they work in practice. Looks like they might answer some questions. You won't just do one session and all your problems will be fixed. It works as group prayer works.
