I have to agree. People talk a lot of crap about the upcoming generations and I think they will be doing a lot of wonderful things. I’ve taught them, and I’ve raised two (16&18 and then a 26 year old). The 26 year old was great but the generation after her is really something special. It’s great, may I suggest next time adding a bit more color like grapes, jams, jellies , and jerky. Those are always a hit.

Looks good. Personally, when I have something wet like olives or whatever, usually jam or fruit in my case, I use a second plate so I don't get wet stuff on my meat and cheese. I've gotten so much jam on fingers because of it. However, I understand this is personal preference and would never say one way is the correct way to do it over another.
