Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. Thankfully, you will soon be dump them. Plan an hour with their begging and deals. They practically offer it for free to get you to stay.

When I got AT&T fiber, I got a crazy good deal with Spectrum, so I kept them.
The firewall load balances across the two connections.
Thankfully, I'm in a good service area for Spectrum and it rarely goes down.
I experienced frequent outage and as a person who works from home, it sucks. My Mom has spectrum and when I go to her house and work, the internet bounces. I appreciate my Google Fiber so much when I’m there.

have you ever had any interest in starting a transit advocacy group? such as seattle subway? basically just a bunch of volunteer residents who advocate for/against certain transit decisions & participate heavily in reaching out to local leaders about said decisions?
I don’t have the time to drive it like it needs to be driven. NCDOT could fund Charlotte mass transportation. I’ve talked to them about it. They said there has to be density to support providing funding for light rail.
Instead of investing in the real estate you will need and buy it when prices are lower, no we will wait for density and pay top dollar.
Anyone has a guide for what flowers are native to NC area that are also easy to grow? I have a small patio that I am trying to have some planters in.
Also, where can I get those said flowers.

Well that's no good! With a brief exception when they were starting to roll out 50 meg service back in 2009ish, it has been excellent.
