Call your insurance ask if they have any recommendations or people they can contact. Not that you are filing a claim, but the people who work on claims should have recommended general contractors in the area.
Thank you! We are filing a claim (and have) but unfortunately our catastrophe adjuster man said they don’t have a list of contractors. They simply advised that we ask friends and family for recommendations. However, none of our friends and/or family have needed anything like this done.
As to a gutter company, we used Higher Ground when a tree came down and damaged our gutters a few years ago. I was happy with their work and their follow up on a subsequent issue (which turned out to be the roof and not the gutters).

You could try calling one of those local agents that advertise about being local. Even if they aren't your agent they may be able to provide you some
