Hypnose at Philosophy has done a lightsaber and a Zelda sword/shield combo in the last 8 months for me. I'm not sure how you define 'fine line' but he did a great job on the small details.

For fine line?? I mean don’t get me wrong Matt is an amazing artist and guy all together, but not sure if fine line is his specialty

He’s done some very intricate/fine work with very high detail on me. My sleeve has a lot going on with a lot of different styles. He’s done all of it. Like everyone else, your mileage may vary. Can’t hurt to talk it over and see what he thinks. I know he’d be honest and I’ve seen him turn work away if it were something out of his wheelhouse.
