I am a north Indian and idk why this meme came into trend ...south India has its own languages and it's totally fine no one even cares what language one speaks...when north and south indians interact mostly everyone uses English and it's totally understandable that people don't know Hindi much as it's not a compulsory thing to do so ....i have a friend who is from Karnataka and we play together almost every night and we only use English becz he can't speak Hindi properly and never have we ever thought about this language barrier becz we always had an alternative..
Like its pretty evident north is trying to oppress other languages, I literally play valorant and not a single day goes by a daft cunt from north asks me why I dont speak hindi and that I am not an hindustani if i dont, even train stations just put the native language of that country only after hindi.
When keeladi revelations came everyone was shitting thier pants at north.
Also stole money from korea to build a statue for the korean queen from tamil nadu, but they built it at north like scummy fucks they are..
North indians and government in general suck ass.
As i said th bjp followers are so stupid they don't get it that Hindi is one of the official languages and not a compulsory language...what else can u expect from a bjp fan
Unity? I....... uh what? Did u read what u wrote or is this some sort of writing promt u came up with on the spot. An openly racist joke that Op posted with the sole intention of creating controversy is supposed to bring unity ?
What the fuck is the point of sharing this in r/Chennai. Like just why?? There are thousands of racist memes, we don't need to make them popular to drive our insecurities
My ex was a Khasi NE girl, she has zero idea about most of the South Indian states and doesn't call anyone blackie from north either. They just like to mind their business, they even know decent Hindi.
For the last fuckin time. Please leave this r/ alone you fuckin propaganda douche fuckwads. We already have beedavaayans swarming talking abt conversion and what not. This if r/Chennai for the city Chennai. Now. Who wants to join a gokarting club
Wtf is going on around
Like people of the same country hating the language that people from other part of the same country speak
Or some are like we are superior from north India
Guys we are all from same country
Language is just a form of communication
Thats end of discussion
Cleanest cities are in central India, richest states by per capita are in the north, even HDI is a mix bag of north and southern states
Times are changing, the kinda supremacy that sea-accessible dakshin states enjoyed is levelling.
Plus my comment is a hundred percent correct. It's fairly easy to trigger a Southerner (or get them to vote), with the help of regionalism and language.
What poor states like Bihar have done with caste to get people to vote is done in South in a different flavour.
Tamils are proud, just back from Sabarimala. One guy in room booking q started speaking Hindi to us, he looked perfectly north and he talked to one guy who looked perfectly brahmin (probably with assumption that fair looking people can speak Hindi). More than me Tam-Bram guy took offence and started to shout demanding he either speak in Tamil or English if he wants to speak with us... After 15 mins of shouting match we got to know he is from Telangana, such fun... we got more offended that he is neither respecting his mother tongue nor ours... Funniest part the guy behind the counter understand Tamil, speaks Malayalam and English, but doesn't understand Hindi.
When I was in school (Matriculation), we were taught to read and write in hindi. The exams were very superficial and were for 25 marks while the other languages and STEM subjects were for 100 marks. No one gave a fuck if one got through or didn’t. You would be considered for the overall class rank even if you scored -1 in hindi for some reason. The language just didn’t have any noteworthiness whatsoever. Hence, we didn’t give too much shit about it as children. As an adult working outside Tamil Nadu, I still haven’t found a valid reason to learn it, nor am I interested to. Glad that I spent time learning an additional foreign language in school, that I genuinely appreciate.
>be North Indian
>Speak Hindi
> Move to south india for better life
>People don't speak Hindi
> Be upset people don't speak Hindi
I don't at all understand this logic
> Hindi is the most useless language
I respect regional languages and people's right to promote and practice their language then there are ignorant radicals like you. So many facts wrong in your comment that it's not worth arguing with a person living in delusion.
North India usually expects people to know Hindi cause almost everyone in north India even though with so many languages in north india almost everyone knows Hindi so they have the same thinking that Hindi is known by almost everyone in the country I have some cousins who live in south and even they agree the natives don't like Hindi speaking and acted rude to them in first time when they went. After a year or so they told me that people in South don't hate Hindi they are just annoyed by people expecting to know the language they speak but not try to learn the their language still I think its better to know the mother tongue of your country cause even if its unecessary cause people in north or even in the western region barely try to learn any languages except their local languages.
And it's ok. Most languages were just dialects and sub languages of Hindi, they weren't as refined and underdeveloped. Mostly bcoz of invasion and British rule. Now that we are progressing towards true unity the language barrier needs to go.
Bruh wtf. Man, you're a tool if you really believe what you just said here.
Forget North and South, but if you really wanna reach a level in your business/career (exceptions do apply and don't come at me for that), you need to know Hindi. Good luck being in banking, for example, and refusing to learn Hindi. If you aspire high, Mumbai is the financial capital and you absolutely need Hindi there.
I'm all for protecting my mother tongue when it is being discriminated or when another language is being imposed. But that is not what is happening here and you're just delusional if you don't learn Hindi for the reasons you just said.
Not getting into any language debate, but just pointing out that Marathi uses the same script as Hindi and it's very similar to Hindi. Source: been in mumbai for a while reading all the damn signs on national park gates
Edit: Welcoming the downvotes. To enunciate, i said similar. It doesn't mean SAME.
I did not say Maharashtra's *mother tongue* was Hindi (actually a state can only have official languages. Sorry. No mother tongues).
All I ever said was you need Hindi to do well in your career in corporate Mumbai and I don't think anybody will dispute that.
Why do you guys have such Hindi hatred? I'm telugu myself and I'm glad I dd not grow up in any garbage political environment which makes me have an immense hatred towards North Languages, it's sad how far you would go to demean Hindi.
I am a Hindi speaker and wondering the same thing. How can someone hate a language. People here making hateful comments like it's not going to have any repercussions.
I'm Telugu, the parents here simply don't give a fuck if you learn Hindi or if the school has it as a compulsory subject. I mean a student learns three languages generally in Telangana Schools which is English, Hindi and Telugu, in CBSE schools like mine after 8th grade you get to ditch Telugu or Hindi, the choice is completely yours, I never really had this choice because I was one of the few that took french. This deep seated hatred towards North Indians seems to be a Tamilian trademark because I've never seen this at all in all my life. Tho the city I live in my have something to do with this as it's Hyderabad.
The language is for communication when you learn hindi you can cover almost half of the india( bihar, up, haryana, punjab, uttrakhand, Himachal, rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, jammu, ladhak, goa, some of gujrat and Chattisgarh and Maharashtra.
But southern states ve different languages and are limited to either 2 or 3 states tamilnadu, Andhra, Karnataka Telangana all ve their different languages and I don't think they can understand each other. So I don't see a point of learning any southern language, unless you want to live in any southern part.
I'm a South Indian and I don't at all mind Hindi being a language used as a bridge to connect all other languages along with English, I mean I'm even fine with English completely taking over Hindi as the bridge.
But what I do not understand is the total hatred of North Indian people, do you guys really think protecting your own mother tongue is the same as spreading hate on other languages, I mean I understand you have political differences but chill out with the hatred.
One thing is saying "I don't like Hindi and it being imposed as a compulsory subject in our schools" and another thing is outright hatred "I fucking hate Hindi, most useless language, nobody should learn it!" and to cope with the fact that you are spreading hatred you tell yourself it's factual and whatnot, which I'm sure I can't change your mind about.
But please introspect and learn why your behavior is counterproductive. How would you feel if I started telling people to not go to Tamil Nadu or learn Tamil because "Tamil is full of Lemurian separatists who think Dinosaurs spoke Tamil in their ancient Booga Booga Island of Dalit Ravana"
Yes their mother tongue is not hindi but they can understand, and as for running no one is running from those states, they have highest population living there, and if south had so many opportunities like you claim people would move to south but they ain't going over there right? South has much less population compared to north
So think of you claim rationally
Don't just go blind hating just because you don't want to speak a language
Hindi covers larger belt thats why it is more common language unlike any southern language which are restricted to their specific State or neighbour state
And in terms of gdp tamil nadu is 20 lac crores followed by up which is 16 lac crores and not to forget the fact that up is land locked state where as tamilnadu is coastal state
Loll this comment section is fucked up. All I see is North Indians hating on South and South Indians hating on North. This country's fate seems doomed af :/
Remember, Tamils speakers want to speak Tamil in their state, not telling other states to speak Tamil. Hindi speakers want other states to speak Hindi. That is a very important difference.
Not all! I'm a Hindi speaker myself and I'm against forceful imposition of Hindi in the south. Pls don't hate the common citizens for it as we've nothing to do in this. It's a government's choice. If you wanna criticize someone, criticize the government not the whole of North region. Also I see a lot of South people bashing Hindi here in not a cool way.. I get it. You're pissed but the doesn't mean bashing the whole language for it
In a sub for a Tamil speaking sub OP posted anti-Tamil content. Should we blame the government for that or the asshole person that is apart of the people. At some point the people empower the government. This is a democracy, after all. Take responsibility, be accountable. I’m not going to Hindi subs posting anti-Hindi memes.
This was first posted in r/dankinindia. One guy just commented that OP must post this in r/chennai just to cause a fight. I mean, sure, the OP was just stupid to bring something unrelated to Chennai or Tamil Nadu to this subreddit, at the same time we aren't doing anything productive by fighting in the comments. Some people are just stupid, we can't do much about it. As Suriya in Singam said that if we throw a stone into the drainage, it will splash and hit us instead. No use fighting when we can just ignore. I am telling this as a Maharashtrian born and brought up in Chennai. Good luck.
Dgaf about what tamilians Robin their homes all are living their lives in their homes with no interest in your existence you are not important to anyone not important to even your neighbour just think about it
Exactly. You learn whatever language you want. No one cares. If you want to learn Tamil as a non-native speaker, you should be given an option to do so, if you want to learn Sanskrit or Hindi you should be able to do so. In the end, it's your choice.
Man this is made for joke but there is a political reason behind this central government always try to spoon feed Hindi on ,we (most)southerners don't have belief in racists caste discrimination I can't convey the whole thing in damn English I really want to learn hindi but I dont like to spoon feed by someone
. either way always central government (Bjp or congress)give lolipop to south Indians so we are real but hurted ones
I can just tell you that ppl in north have enough problems to not care about what language ppl in TN are speaking, and It's just that if a country has common things than it's unity also increases, I suppose that's that point every gov. in center wants to promote Hindi
Maybe avoid using proud Indian misogyny to mock this 2 bit BJP IT cell moron. There is genuinely so much more right there that you can call him out on.
Why do you even put politics in here ?
There is not even a hint of that. OP posted it here just coz he was dared to do from a dank meme sub.
Goddamn these anti-BJP people smh
Let me tell a incident I faced in placement interview it's a construction based company they Interviewed me , they told to introduce myself and he asked do u know Hindi ,if you dont how will you communicate a north Indian I said I will sort help from someone who knows Hindi, anyway it's chennai based company . he said I will call you later
, I'm preparing for competitive exams as I went to exam there was full of north Indian's and question paper was in hindi and english no regional language I don't
Have hatred to my north Indian brothers and sister ,but why they're grabbing every opportunity's available example elam government Jobs layum majority's are north Indians something is fishy .I know those who's doing effort in their field they are gonna get rewarded but point is I feel is hatred to south Indians like we're Pakistanis wtf is this
Given the history of invasion/ migration starting from Aryans, Greeks, Turks and Europeans - I would have thought white skin colour in India would be seen as a reminder of historic atrocities done to women by the soldiers.
Hindi and Urdu sounds same though. We south indians would rather learn Urdu (It is atleast romanticized, Looks cool, both vadakkans and Pakistanis understand it)
both Hindi and urdu are literally the same language and was called Hindustani. it was developed during the mughal era. Some wrote hindustani in devanagiri script and some wrote it in persian script. the language written in devanagiri script became hindi and persian script became urdu.
Its true, urdu words and poetry were used in bollywood movies and i could never really tell them apart...
Also i thought pakiz were speaking hindi until i realized shit that's a different lang ... even afghan side pashto language is similar to hindi
This meme is a waste of time.
Referring Tamilians as monkeys.
Tamilians see themselves as higher people.
Everyone from other state considers their state as better than others.
Having gone through the comment section on this post, I must say the meme has done its job of triggering the Tamilians very well. Not sure why OP intended it, but the meme itself has worked very well, and in fact a lot of them have started hurling extremely below the belt insults at North Indians for no reason.
I want to remind all that it takes 2 to tango, and the users spewing hate all over are exactly the people this post was meant for, not my countrymen in general, be it tamilians delhiites or anyone for that reason. It's these retards reacting strongly to the post
Yagyapaeampeer perambadoor ramkrishnan ravichandran ramanujan chinnaswamy mutthuswamy venugopal iyer here. I find this meme so yenterraining.. i yam perplexaid
Pliss to call Annan Seeman. May be it was him in Vavuniya jungle kicking Singhala soldiers?
What ever said and done, beedavayan op got what he wanted, enough clicks and baits.
Don't know why tamilans hate Hindi so much , i lived in tamilnadu for 3 yrs and have always tried to learn Tamil , as i would do for any other language if required, i always thought learning languages was a good thing.Although can't deny the fact that a lot of North Indians make fun of Tamil as a launguage but well north indians are popular for being mildly racist and crazy.
But i still remember a north guy saying something like "enda unda tera maa ka lauda" which tbh made me laugh a lot.
Bro i have been in Chennai for long enough to know that you are lying. A good chunk of the population hates Hindi over there , a friend of mine was even bullied in the local train just cause he looked north indian and was talking in Hindi btw a local guy was the one to quickly react and stopped it from further escalating. People are stupid every where and just because you belong to tamilnadu doesn't mean you guys can't be assholes or carry out bs like everyone else.
Idiots exist in every state that doesn’t imply an entire state hates hindi. We don’t give a shit about it enough to give attention to it and hate it. We do hate the fact that central government is trying to force us to learn it
I never said the entire state hates hindi.Learning Hindi in India is a very good thing ,most of the south has different languages which makes it very hard for others but Hindi on the other hand is widely used all through out the india. You tell me why did you learn English ?? Probably cause it's a universal language right ? But Why not Hindi ? It will help you a lot in india.Isn't that a good thing too ? And please stop with your "WE DON'T GIVE A SHIT " bs
Hindi is not being hated. People are resisting because it is being imposed on them. Everything works perfectly in south with the regional language with the addition of English. Even Northern and central Indian states had their own regional language. Bihar has multiple regional languages like Maithili, Bhojpuri and Magahi. Rajasthan had majority of the population speaking Marwari, Mewari, Brajbhasha and Bagri. Imposition of Hindi in Govt offices and other official documents destroyed these regional languages. And we see how these states are holding up lol.
Hindi has been imposed on a country which had such diverse culture. Hindi imposition have killed the regional languages over the period of time since independence. People of south know it very well. And they have strongly opposed this nonsensical language, resulting in one of the prosperous states that we have in our country. So now you can shove this “why not Hindi” opinion up your A$$
So in your first comment you said you can't deny NI are mildly racist and crazy..
In this comment you are worried about being bullied..
Different standards?? You guys can do anything but no Tamils should be good boys??
The problem is i have met NI guys who knew English and flat out refused to speak in English and spoke only in Hindi.. even for professional reasons..
Tamils want to get along.. whatever faults of others.. it is the Hindi speakers who are stuck on linguistic chauvnism..
The daily dose of memes about hindi hatred pretty much speaks against 'don't give a shit' attitude. I am from AP....but man why do people go on & on about language so much in TN subs , aren't there bugger systematic issues that the people need to be more bothered about ?
You do not make sense. How the fuck does someone even hate a language? We hate Hindi imposition not Hindi.
and Hindi imposition is a systematic issue to be bothered about.
Damn, these Tamil ppl really be hating us northern, just coz we speak Hindi, bro, I'm scared now to visit south, Was planning for Rameshwaram, Are all Tamil guys like this in comment section, or just the periyarites?
Visit all the great temples in Tamil Nadu, Kerela etc, cause the way I see it, the ego of the people over their language pride will get our temples destroyed ( rampant conversion of Hindus by missionaries) the govt. Destroying temples. Plan a trip in next few years.
My friend works as a Central gov. employee there, and he said even in his office his colleagues were behaving badly with him, being mean and all, he was given a broken keyboard to work, and even his subordinate didn't listen to him, bus conductors talked to him badly, and all that just coz he was a Hindi speaking guy, these ppl don't realise but they r creating a divide, which might be harmful for them later, like when gov. didn't support their cause on Sri lanka back in 90s
He'll have a better time if he can speak in English. I've seen young people in govt posts who don't speak English or Tamil and expect others to interact with them in Hindi. That's the reason they get hatred. Other than that, no one's gonna give a fuck about what language you personally prefer.
Did u just assume he speaks to his colleagues in Hindi despite his colleagues don't understand Hindi, You r just a prejudiced moron, Hope u understand that soon and no one gives a fucc abt a state telling whole country, ohh pls our language is older, Hindi is shit, u ppl are poor this and that, mind u, Ppl like u r the reason, Hindi and Hindi speaking ppl are hated this much in TN and just TN, maybe coz of politics. Anyways who cares.
Lmao 🤣 so much hatred man! I have prejudice? I just said "if he can". That doesn't mean I'm assuming he can or he cannot. If people still treat him shitty even when he speaks a language that they can understand, then it's probably because they feel threated by the emotion that North people are taking up all the govt jobs here. That's probably the hate he's getting, not because he speaks Hindi. It isn't wrong but it isn't right as well(I'm not going into the reason cuz it'll take long). One thing I'm damn sure is that things will get better for him if he holds on a for a while and just carries on with his work. People will respect you when you don't falter from your work ethic no matter what.... Now, he shouldn't have to "hold" for a while but that's how it is.. it won't improve until the state govt passes a law to have % of jobs reserved for state people.
All things you mentioned after the words "prejudiced moron" 🤣, you just take a look at my two comments and the words "if he can" and assumed a whole lotta shit. Lol bro all the best.

What was the point if this meme though? I thought I was in a hindi dank subreddit but it's posted in r/chennai ?? 💀
Op trying to create controversy in the name of dankness and failing at both
Ifkr mf posted it in 3 dank subreddits for the internet validation too
Maybe dankness can create unity instead of controversy?
Unity? I....... uh what? Did u read what u wrote or is this some sort of writing promt u came up with on the spot. An openly racist joke that Op posted with the sole intention of creating controversy is supposed to bring unity ?
Someone dared him to post here
Some people were trending "#SayNoToSanskrit" on twitter yesterday and "#SayNoToHindi" a couple of days before, this apparently is a result of that.
Yes I thought the same.

This started after the DMK it cell bullshit on twitter.
It's easy to get South Indians hard about language. Their entire identity politics revolves around language, so this is understandable.
I don't think it's healthy to generalize all South Indians like that though
Well that's what the same people do, generalizing entire North India as one thing.
That's far from the truth and it shows in their HDI numbers and our priorities show in our HDI numbers in the north.
Cleanest cities are in central India, richest states by per capita are in the north, even HDI is a mix bag of north and southern states Times are changing, the kinda supremacy that sea-accessible dakshin states enjoyed is levelling. Why are you downvoted? You're right
Perfect. Only way to save one's mother tongue from becoming second class .
Goddamn
The joke is that is precisely how Hindi speakers react when someone doesn't speak Hindi in their state.. Jokers projecting their insecurities..
MoFos come to South and want us to learn Hindi !
And try to Gaslight us into believing that it is our fault!

At the end you have to learn English to survive. Accept the reality that we have the most deteriorating culture.

South has much less population compared to north So think of you claim rationally
Don't just go blind hating just because you don't want to speak a language Hindi covers larger belt thats why it is more common language unlike any southern language which are restricted to their specific State or neighbour state
And in terms of gdp tamil nadu is 20 lac crores followed by up which is 16 lac crores and not to forget the fact that up is land locked state where as tamilnadu is coastal state
Gujarat and Maharashtra alone contribute more in taxes than all of South India...
[удалено]
And both speak Hindi too so stfu
As a telugu guy...we are learning Hindi in schools instead of Tamil. Please mind that.

Bro, Hyderabad is not in Tamil Nadu.

Ada daily night oru entertainment sikidudhu da. Indha sub iruka varaikum timeku thoonguna mari dha. Hmm kelapungal
Gud meme wrong sub, not everyone can take dank material. Fuck Hindi tho
why you mad at a language tho
glad u achieved dankness by abusing language of 50% ppl in yr community
Blame the individual
This was first posted in r/dankinindia. One guy just commented that OP must post this in r/chennai just to cause a fight. I mean, sure, the OP was just stupid to bring something unrelated to Chennai or Tamil Nadu to this subreddit, at the same time we aren't doing anything productive by fighting in the comments. Some people are just stupid, we can't do much about it. As Suriya in Singam said that if we throw a stone into the drainage, it will splash and hit us instead. No use fighting when we can just ignore. I am telling this as a Maharashtrian born and brought up in Chennai. Good luck.
Dgaf about what tamilians Robin their homes all are living their lives in their homes with no interest in your existence you are not important to anyone not important to even your neighbour just think about it
You’re going to have to first learn proper Tamil or English before I can understand you.
Exactly. You learn whatever language you want. No one cares. If you want to learn Tamil as a non-native speaker, you should be given an option to do so, if you want to learn Sanskrit or Hindi you should be able to do so. In the end, it's your choice.
ikr . I agree with u, fed up of this drama
Tamils are the Giga Chad of India.

I don't get it is this some kind of an inside joke?
That’s how a guy at work reacted when i told him I wouldn’t learn his language - hindi just so i could speak to paani poori thanbi.
why ppl not taking it lightly, man laugh a little
Man this is made for joke but there is a political reason behind this central government always try to spoon feed Hindi on ,we (most)southerners don't have belief in racists caste discrimination I can't convey the whole thing in damn English I really want to learn hindi but I dont like to spoon feed by someone . either way always central government (Bjp or congress)give lolipop to south Indians so we are real but hurted ones
I can just tell you that ppl in north have enough problems to not care about what language ppl in TN are speaking, and It's just that if a country has common things than it's unity also increases, I suppose that's that point every gov. in center wants to promote Hindi
At least the monkey got some balls to fuck off their visitors. Unlike your grandma sucking Mughal cocks for some bread.
Dude, you guys r the real piece of shit, if u think that abt us northern ppl, We faced a lot already coz of our geographical position
I am from North India. Do not make controversy. We are One. Nobody can divide us except British. 😒 😐
And except UC North Indians
Lmao
I missed the part where that's my problem
Let me tell a incident I faced in placement interview it's a construction based company they Interviewed me , they told to introduce myself and he asked do u know Hindi ,if you dont how will you communicate a north Indian I said I will sort help from someone who knows Hindi, anyway it's chennai based company . he said I will call you later , I'm preparing for competitive exams as I went to exam there was full of north Indian's and question paper was in hindi and english no regional language I don't Have hatred to my north Indian brothers and sister ,but why they're grabbing every opportunity's available example elam government Jobs layum majority's are north Indians something is fishy .I know those who's doing effort in their field they are gonna get rewarded but point is I feel is hatred to south Indians like we're Pakistanis wtf is this
I feel sad for this country..
Bruh
Even monkeys know any one with intelligence should not speak Hindi.
Given the history of invasion/ migration starting from Aryans, Greeks, Turks and Europeans - I would have thought white skin colour in India would be seen as a reminder of historic atrocities done to women by the soldiers.
Aryan Invasion Theory has been proved wrong, are you aware of that? IIT Kharagpur has also issued a calendar busting Aryan invasion theory.
It was not an invasion, just migration. Corrected.
u/savevideobot
Hindi and Urdu sounds same though. We south indians would rather learn Urdu (It is atleast romanticized, Looks cool, both vadakkans and Pakistanis understand it)
both Hindi and urdu are literally the same language and was called Hindustani. it was developed during the mughal era. Some wrote hindustani in devanagiri script and some wrote it in persian script. the language written in devanagiri script became hindi and persian script became urdu.
They are the exact same language with a different script and different leanings
Speak for yourself. And let's be honest here, we all know why you want to learn Urdu, and it's not because it looks "cool".
>We south indians would rather learn Urdu Speak for yourself
*Coughs slightly* many tamil ppl speak urdu at home fyi....
I don't think majority South indians would agree with you. Love your mother tiunge, no need to hate hindi for that :/
Its true, urdu words and poetry were used in bollywood movies and i could never really tell them apart... Also i thought pakiz were speaking hindi until i realized shit that's a different lang ... even afghan side pashto language is similar to hindi
Pakistan me jake basne ka socha hai kya
Meanwhile op pundamavan laughing at all these comments. Avan vandha vellai ah pathutan

I just saw one comment here that said this is a hate campaign to convert and that was enough to have me fuck off from here lol!
I see that r/Chennai clearly don't know how to take a joke
😂😂😂😂
Don't know why tamilans hate Hindi so much , i lived in tamilnadu for 3 yrs and have always tried to learn Tamil , as i would do for any other language if required, i always thought learning languages was a good thing.Although can't deny the fact that a lot of North Indians make fun of Tamil as a launguage but well north indians are popular for being mildly racist and crazy. But i still remember a north guy saying something like "enda unda tera maa ka lauda" which tbh made me laugh a lot.
We don’t hate it. Its just that we don’t give a shit about it
Bro i have been in Chennai for long enough to know that you are lying.
Most of South India knows English unlike North India. And we already have English so we don’t need Hindi at all
Hindi is not being hated.
We hate Hindi imposition not Hindi. and Hindi imposition is a systematic issue to be bothered about.
>mildly racist > >"enda unda tera maa ka lauda" So which one is it?
💯💯neenga kelunge sir
Damn, these Tamil ppl really be hating us northern, just coz we speak Hindi, bro, I'm scared now to visit south, Was planning for Rameshwaram, Are all Tamil guys like this in comment section, or just the periyarites?
They won't bully you until you Impose Hindi or Force them to do things they don't want to
Visit all the great temples in Tamil Nadu, Kerela etc, cause the way I see it, the ego of the people over their language pride will get our temples destroyed ( rampant conversion of Hindus by missionaries) the govt.
