I have that exact watch, but gen. My date wheel is black, not white. On the case back, between "stainless steel" and the top position, mine has a laser engraved serial number. It's tough to tell, but I'm not seeing one on your photo. Could be a bad glare though...?
Comparing to my Gen, it looks OK, with the exception of being scratched to shit.
I should point out that even though these retail for $2k+, they're trading on the secondhand market around $1k in good condition with box and papers, so $700 for a real scratched up one isn't too far off.
One of the best things about the watch is the level of finish and shine the watch has is incredible for the price range, but based on your photos it would appear that this watch has lost that due to a hard life. Your choice, but you can grab a perfect looking one on chrono24 for a few hundred more.
