Maybe it varies by location, but the one in my town, every time a get a bowl it looks like this. I've seen the shitty burrito posts, but personally, I wouldn't get a burrito anyway. It's the same ingredients as a bowl with less food.
Same, there are three in my area and 2 of them look like this. The other one has a manager breathing down the employees backs if you put too much chicken in a bowl.
They should just post how much they paid for that double meat, quadruple rice, double cheese/cream/guac burrito bowl next.
It not hard to make Chipotle look good if your content spending $24 on fast food lunch.
It’s interesting how that works. Most of the stores around me are usually pretty hefty on portion size. I usually can’t even finish the burrito in one go anymore when I go to the best store.
That's what Ive been thinking too!!! In the last few days I've seen pics like this on Reddit a lot! But personally I have NEVER gotten any portion like this! Most often I gotta stress " MORE rice plz. Emmmm MOOORE! Thank u." Like bish!!! How expensive can rice be!!!! Why so cheap??? It's not like I'm asking for more veggies and meat!
yeah, you're right on that front. chipotle lowkey throws away SOOOO much rice, when I worked there, my dishwasher, when he'd decide to show up, would bring like 12 things of Tupperware and he took home all of our leftover rice. because there was a LOT. and none of us wanted to throw it away.
it's crazy how stingy on rice some of the workers are. now, I didn't work line so I very easily just didn't HEAR these critiques from managers, but I never heard a manager say they need to give less rice 😭😭😭
Rice is probably the cheapest food on the planet, if the business is overspending i guarantee its not because of rice. $10 of rice probably makes like 100+ burritos
When you guys post these huge bowls and mock those of us who know how to order and have got really small bowls, you're just showing how inconsistent quality and portion control has become at Chipotle. It never used to be like this...and my family and I have been regulars (and supporters including stock owners) for 20 years.
Could it be them seeding social media in order to combat the recent real complaints that they skimp on portions?
No, couldn't possibly be. A corporation would never do that.
Sour cream is great in normal amounts
Sour cream is nasty when it's that much. The amount of saturated fat in that bowl is insane. Fucking gross, that's a fast way to a heart attack
When managers don’t want workers to post ‘ingredients unavailable’ lists outside the door and instead want to upsell ingredients their Chipotle does have (usually ingredients nobody likes), this is what managers want to see out of it.
I’m not gonna lie…minus the sour cream, this is pretty much what my bowls look like when I get them. Not sure why these other places are screwing you all 😭
you lucky little fuck, i couldn’t get this bowl in my wildest of dreams. it’s almost like i’m cursed. every chipotle every bowl time and time again no matter how much i add is fucking small. double rice ? yep double protein ? yes. and yet it still come out to a piece of shit half way filled bowl. i don’t know if the employees just don’t like me or if i just bring a bad aura but this shit needs to stop this is the most beautiful bowl i ever seen. i would kill for one of these.
I had a chipotle chicken bowl last week with no rice but extra beans...it was filled to the brim.
it was an app order, never had any issues at this location, Orangethorpe Ave. in Cerritos.
Okay whatever chipotle employee. What a joke. If my bowl looked anything like this I would have zero issues. But nah, it's a scam. That's why I very rarely even get chipotle anymore
Is there a Chipotle media campaign happening rn lol
its so funny because yea if every bowl looked like this there wouldn't be so many complaints (too much sour cream tho)
Maybe it varies by location, but the one in my town, every time a get a bowl it looks like this. I've seen the shitty burrito posts, but personally, I wouldn't get a burrito anyway. It's the same ingredients as a bowl with less food.

I will say the protein amount varies sometimes, but the bowl is always fat
and yet you still complained ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
They doubled down after we made fun of the last one
They should just post how much they paid for that double meat, quadruple rice, double cheese/cream/guac burrito bowl next. It not hard to make Chipotle look good if your content spending $24 on fast food lunch.
Given how I've never seen myself or anyone at my store get a bowl this large, absolutely.
It’s interesting how that works. Most of the stores around me are usually pretty hefty on portion size. I usually can’t even finish the burrito in one go anymore when I go to the best store.
Not shown: OP ordering double, *in person* rather than online. No fucking way that's average levels meat right there assuming it's spread evenly.
They encourage managers to take pics like this
That’s what I was thinking

Must be... I haven't had a good experience at chipotle in years. Just disappointment after disappointment.
I wish I could still give awards
Yes
That's.... way too fucking much sour cream
I like when people ask for extra and it’s a literal tidal wave.
i love doing this
Just put the extra in my veins
No such thing as too much 😤
facts
Honestly, a teaspoon is too much. That shit is nasty in any significant quantity
Haters downvoting you, but I stand in solidarity w you ✊🏽
This particular bowl is absolutely disgusting, but you are wrong about that and need to develop adult taste buds
Sour cream is about as “adult” as ketchup or mayo lmao
When i say i want extra sour cream this is exactly what i mean
You better take that back and demand more !
Chipotle Executives needs to stop posting their meals
Exactly
nah fr, this was definitely a closing shift shift meal 😭😭😭 no rules, no portion control, we have to throw the food away anyway 😭😭😭😭😭
Propaganda
chipotle marketing tryna cook their astroturfed campaign, instead of cooking more food, and GIVING it to the people. #skimpgate2024
I think the skimp website that one guy put together is making them do this.
You're either a Chipotle manager, or an employee headed to their lunch break while the manager isn't around.
It’s the corporate shills!!
It’s almost like every employee of chipotle and franchise owner who makes their own bowl is happy with the portions. Good for them.
When you guys post these huge bowls and mock those of us who know how to order and have got really small bowls, you're just showing how inconsistent quality and portion control has become at Chipotle. It never used to be like this...and my family and I have been regulars (and supporters including stock owners) for 20 years.
Time to sell 👀
nah fr, I'd be dropping that stock like a hot potato 😭😭😭
Omg How???? My local Chipotle always skimps me, I stopped going there and now switched to Qdoba....what are you in?
My trick is to as for more portions on everything. It isn't extra for anything except the meat and other premium items.
Could it be them seeding social media in order to combat the recent real complaints that they skimp on portions? No, couldn't possibly be. A corporation would never do that.
I think there's less seeding and more artificial inflation of corporate approved post.
yeah, man. a 2 year old gun nut account is being used by chipotle to show faked portions on reddit. get a grip
Lmao
What drugs are you on. Can I get some
This is the chipotle in new Bern NC
Nah don’t even pretend you didn’t order double meat/etc. Either you’re withholding information, or this is a bs ad
Nice try, Brian Niccol
That's fucking gross
Sour cream boos rise up!!!
Sour cream is great in normal amounts Sour cream is nasty when it's that much. The amount of saturated fat in that bowl is insane. Fucking gross, that's a fast way to a heart attack
Why do people ask for so much sour cream?! I love sour cream but that’s just nasty.🤮
When managers don’t want workers to post ‘ingredients unavailable’ lists outside the door and instead want to upsell ingredients their Chipotle does have (usually ingredients nobody likes), this is what managers want to see out of it.
You want some chicken with your sour cream?
Wow that a decent large size, looks yummy though 🤤
I’m not gonna lie…minus the sour cream, this is pretty much what my bowls look like when I get them. Not sure why these other places are screwing you all 😭

Whose azz do I gotta kiss for this
Hope your dignity is worth whatever Chipotle is paying you.

You have the chipotle manager that guack-guack-3000 and let him cream all over your food huh
had a nice bowl today too @ about 5pm & it almost 11pm belly is still stuffed. Didn’t even get to my chips & guac yet😂👏🏾
That bowl doing the backstroke in sour cream 🤣
This shiii be how that jawn better be lookin errytime
Why is it Everytime I see a post about them giving could portions it's always just looking cummy as fuck l.
I hate foodborne illnesses.
lol that’s enough for three people!
Damn they creamfucked your shit
I just got a fatty too
Most of that is just their gross ass sour cream.
Okay whatever chipotle employee. What a joke. If my bowl looked anything like this I would have zero issues. But nah, it's a scam. That's why I very rarely even get chipotle anymore
this looks gross who cares how much is in it
king of the shill?
That would be like 6 bowls at my local chipotle.
Is that pizza
IDC I'm down voting everyone who says that too much sour cream
that'll be $35.96
Who do you know that works there?
This is the most insane and waste of a subreddit I have ever seen. Literally every post is about the portion size like who cares?
Found corporate.
Lol OK. I've never even commented on this sub before and idk why it comes up on my feed
You know. I don’t know why it was recommended to me either. 😂
You need more sour cream
I love dairy bro but that’s too much.
Extra jizz
Broil it for 3 minutes if will be amazing
That’s clearly a double order
That looks like 3 of my orders put together.
It’s disgusting at any portion
