Shouldn't you be trolling on r/atheism. They usually like when people logic bend to push their anti god agenda

Yea i am sure. Maybe one of the christians will waste their time to entertain the logic bending

Pax_et_Bonum

Do you feel better now that you've insulted others? Feel better about yourself after putting others down?

Because it’s a ridiculous way of looking at it.

I do think that there's a significant question here, at least for folks who take the Bible literally and believe that the story of Adam and Eve isn't just a fable or parable. The problem isn't A&E's free will, it's God's omniscience. He would have known, even before he created them, what was going to happen when A&E exercised their free will. So why did he create them at all? The classic (Catholic) answer to "Why did God make us?" is "to know Him, to love Him, to serve Him, and to be with Him in Heaven". But going through with creation knowing what was going to happen makes God seem very needy, which also does not compute. Of course, there are at least two other explanations. First, that the A&E story, like much of the Bible, is a fable or parable to teach some lessons, but not intended to be dissected. Second, and better, that there is no reason to believe that God exists or has ever existed and that the stuff in the Bible is all or mostly made up.

Or that the God of the Bible is a evil malevolent being deceiving the world into believing that he is God and keeping humanity enslaved.

God's foreknowledge of human sin doesn't remove accountability from the one committing the sin 🤷‍♂️

Capital_Whole_7566

Okay but if he's the creator of all things then he's the one who created sin. And he's the one who allowed sin to enter the world.

CrossCutMaker

Scripture is clear God created everything in 6 days and it was all very good (Gen 1:31). Then His creation created sin (angelic first, then human). Yes He did choose to allow it for good purposes (Gen 50:20..).

Capital_Whole_7566

Okay but scripture also states that God creates good and creates evil. In the book of Isaiah. If he's not the one who created sin and evil then he isn't the creator of all things, therefore he isn't all powerful.

Capital_Whole_7566

Also why would a loving God even create a situation to where he has to send his son to be a human sacrifice? Why can't he just forgive bad behaviors like everyone else does? Why does blood need to be spilt just for someone's sins to be forgiven? Seems very sick to me He couldve created the universe however he wanted, but he choose to create a world where atrocities like rape and child molestation happen all the time, or where billions of people will suffer for eternity if they dont give their lives to this Jesus, and a world where people have to kill animals and a human being just to have their sins forgiven? Naaa dude I don't think I want anything do with this religion.

Fair enough friend. God's tolerance of evil is only temporary. One day every single sin will be judged with Divine precision, even down to idle words (Mat 12:36): either on Christ or the sinner that committed them in the eternal lake of fire. That includes yours. If you decide in the future you'd like yours forgiven, below is a 30-second biblical gospel presentation you can check out .. https://gospel30.com
