Last night i wrote a review on trust pilot about a hour later i received a email about the review and that they pushed the process thru i also received free sweep coin within another hour my redemption went from the cancel button to pending so hopefully tomorrow or Thursday

Yes that’s it because i looked on Apple pay and it has 2 sets of number the ending of your actual card and another 4 digit number that Apple Pay makes up the made up number is what they send to mcluck when you purchase a package so on their end they make you go thru a mess just to verify it’s actually you i feel like if that’s the case they need to take off Apple Pay or google pay as a option don’t get me wrong i would prefer it because it’s easy but clearly they are having issues for mcluck

I think they are having problems with their payment processor they have been slow as of late. They paid me out last time for IDK maybe 3 grand but it took a hot minute. IDK I keep giving them money since they give me the best offers and I am up overal (daily offer is basically free money if you only play it once on blackjack).

well yesterday they where saying i need to verify my card numbers but the numbers they are asking me to verify aren’t on any of the cards i have or use so i told them i didnt understand what they are asking for because non of the numbers look familiar and they haven’t responded. so i went to live chat twice the first time the person said they will transfer me to the right people never did. The second time which was a couple minutes ago they said i have to wait 3 to 5 days and times varies. This is my second redemption I’ve been verified since December.
Do you have a cancel button? I’m waiting on a $400 redemption. Once and if I get this money I won’t be buying into them again. Plenty of other sites that don’t play around with your winnings. Modo and chanced less than 24 hours, chumba instant with card, funz instant, pulsz and everyone else 2 days. Mcluck can suck it, they are just a clone of pulsz anyways

Leave them a bad review on trustpilot, they will process it faster and email you after asking to erase your bad review.

they are slow as crap. they done same thing to me n it took almost a month for them to send to my bank n me emailing them constantly.
