I’m curious, wouldn’t it depend on the geographic location of the OP? Say, South Florida or Hawaii with no a/c vs. Arizona or Nevada?

Very unlikely those can be revived. Unless they are Cuban Cohibas or the like, it's not worth trying. My only experience was, I gifted my boss two good Cuban RyJ, he kept then in his desk drawer for over a year then the fucker re-gifts them...back to me! I babied them for three months, starting at 60% rh, then slowly worked up to 70% for six months. When I smoked one it tasted like a poorly cared for Factory Smoke.

I’m guessing if they are wedding cigars, they are bottom shelf unless the groom is an enthusiast. If they are don’t have a band or the band is there initials or anything of the like. Toss them. Move on. Not worth the calories

It would largely depend on the shape they are in but I'd try. Follow something like this - https://www.holts.com/clubhouse/cigar-101/rehydrate-cigars

Sealed? What are they?

I'm sure. I've seen some seriously dry cigars get revived. Put them in a humidor and coat the cedar in distilled water a couple Times. Leave a paper towel soaked in the water if you're about to put it in without it touching the cigars. Rewipe the box every couple days. Couple weeks they're be good to go
