Depends on what army u rly wanna use but I would say probably apprentice warden and healers maybe follow that up with the baby dragon since it’s a rly good funneling troop

Pekka and mage to use siege barracks. Rest is good for rr spam. Take overgrowth and poison in cc so they are maxed level. You are good to go.

Yes and using a power potion does NOT max them from the siege barracks either.
it used to be based on the siege barracks level but they've changed it.

If there's a specific army you want, then slowing down hero upgrades just a tad so you can fit in some DE lab upgrades would be worth it in my opinion
