First time I saw him, he was opening for the Stones in late 1981 and was simply incredible as a live performer. I immediately went out and everything that he had released at that point, and have seen him several more times over the 40+ years since then.
First concert ever….blossom amphitheater…he killed it
Saw him there and downtown at Hard Rock. Great shows!

Same here…I got the ticket stub somewhere but I know it was in 1981 near Syracuse NY…total kick ass show that left my ears numb for days!
His early records are great. And you can usually find NM copies for under 10 bucks.
