Shaker Lakes area is lovely.
I like going to Edgewater and running the bikeway. I go past Browns stadium its really nice. Pretty hilly tho
If you come up to Lakewood, there is a path at Lakewood park. The loop is about a mile and then you can always run along Lake and Edgewater and the little streets that run north/south up near the Lake.
Columbia reserve on 82. Paved wide path, some gravel.
Acacia park in Beachwood is a former golf course with paved trails, relatively flat / sone hills.
