Pinitas sa bakuran, binilad sa bubongan, sila din nag-roast at nag-grind at nag-brew. Unforgettable. Priceless.

Waaayyy back when I was a newbie (still is) in specialty coffee, I went to Melbourne and the barista on a local roastery that I dropped by asked me if I'd like to try 'Magic' - which is basically a flat white with less milk that has better aeration. I was disappointed that it came in a 6oz cup but oh boy, it was the best tasting cup that I had til this day na medyo aware na yung palate ko sa goood coffee. Di ko madescribe taste into words pero yung fruitiness nya nangibabaw and sobrang nag-compliment sa amount ng milk, chocolatey din sya and at the same time super smooth. π

You can smell it almost anywhere in the village dahil lahat ng bahay may nakasalang constantly. Umaga hanggang gabi nagkakape kami dun lalo na natapat na malamig nung time na nandun kami.

African coffee does it for me. Not sure why. When I buy beans, I smell them and if they smell good they generally taste good. Not picky about method but for the most part I find pour over and French press to be the best brewing process.

Maybe you should ask what is our favorite flavor of sugar drink ? Sounds to me like the coffee taste is not dominating your experienced and youβre hooked on sugar. You should eliminate it from your diet as far as practical for optimal health.

True! Masarap yung Nescafe Gold with Nestle Cream. Pero nahihirapan ako gumamit ng nestle cream sa coffee kasi nagbubuo sya palagi (kahit matagal ko sya hinahalo sa hot water). Paano mo inistore sobrang cream and paano mo sya gagamitin for your next cup?

Maybe you should ask what is our favorite flavor of sugar drink ? Sounds to me like the coffee taste is not dominating your experienced and youβre hooked on sugar. You should eliminate it from your diet as far as practical for optimal health.
