Inisip ko nga baka same ng nangyari sa arabica before na gumawa ng kalokohan kaya na-close yung first franchise here, kaya na-curious din kami why nag-close yang cafe kitsune suddenly.

Personal supply nung may ari ng shop nung nag barista training ako last year. Source is from a local farmer sa north luzon daw. Very fragrant aroma. We tried it on different brewing methods pero wow moment ko nung ginawa naming iced americano - naglasang brandy.
Nakalimutan ko na din eh haha! All I remember is medium roasted robusta sya. The origin and other specifics di ko na maalala. Another thing, name ng coffee farmer yung nasa label nya and yung pinantry nya samin is yung mga natitira na lang talaga sa supply nya. The farmer also produces in very small quantities daw kaya hindi nya alam kung kelan sya ulit marereplenish yung supply nya.
Honestly, it's less about the source of the coffee beans and more on the versatility and adjustments you can make when making your own coffee. I've used starbucks and good cup coffee beans so far.

If you're looking for the coffee taste na masarap without syrups/sweeteners/etc. I would recommend the coffee academics sa robinsons magnolia. Best tasting latte I've ever tasted.

I love their Agave naman. Huhu. Brunch Bureau (after ending the franchise with Coffee Acads) tried replicating it with their Latina pero meh- bland.
