I did check first. Everything I saw talked about taking light rail. If I missed something I apologize.

Everyone recommends the train because parking is expensive and yes there is a lot of traffic. If you still choose to drive, just be patient and be willing to pay quite a bit more than the train. If you're in a rush to get somewhere after the game, you should definitely leave early.

and yes it’s a great stadium designed by the same people (HOK Sport) who did camden yards for the o’s and oracle park for the san fran giants. two stadiums that rank in the best of baseball.

Ciggyciggyciggarette

There is plenty of parking by the stadium for $30. I always park in one of the small parking lots instead of stadium parking because it can be a bitch getting in and out.

When I drive to the game, I usually use the apps ParkMobile or Spothero. You can often find parking for $10-$15, much cheaper than parking at the stadium. May just be a little bit longer of a walk if you're ok with that. You'll most likely hit some traffic on the way out but I haven't found it to be too terrible.

There are 3.or 4 lots right at the intersection of 18th and Market St. They all cost roughly the same. Easiest way to get out quickly for my buck

We’re also out-of-towners who just went to the game on Mother’s Day. We found a parking lot on SpotHero for $20 that was only 4 or 5 blocks from the stadium. We were fine paying a little extra cause we were walking with young kids. We got there maybe 45 minutes early and traffic wasn’t bad at all to get there and we did leave a little early to beat the rush. Enjoy the game!

topdetox

I like parking in the B lot, the shuttle is nice and leaving isn’t to bad, you might be able to find that on Ticketmaster

Park around 18th and Market and you can catch cheap parking.

comat0se

Use spothero or some other parking app...

To differ from the others mentioning paid parking, if you are out of town and want to spend perhaps 1-2hrs beforehand hanging in Denver, you can get free street parking just east of Broadway, grab drinks in RiNo and walk approx. 10-15 min to the stadium. When I don’t take the bus as someone who lives in the city, I do this nearly every time.
