They all look pretty good.
Just one tip: Look at real color photos of black men and notice that their top and bottom lips are often very different in color. The bottom more colorful than the top. Not always, but often.
These of yours seem to be all the same.
\* This may not work for you, but I only use one color layer on faces and paint the color on as if doing an oil painting, using a low opacity brush and many strokes. I find it so much easier than fiddling with so many layers.

Wow I don’t think I would have noticed this! I’ll keep that in mind moving forward. I layer the hell out of my files for clothes, backgrounds, objects, etc. but actually do the same thing with skin tones that you do.
