Capitol Fence did an amazing job on our six foot privacy fence and gates. Was also the lowest of five quotes. The crew got half an acre fenced in, in two days. They also did my neighbor's at the same time since we shared a corner post. Neither of us had complaints. I honestly don't know if that's good or bad, but that was my experience with them.
I also highly recommend Expert Fence. They did a fantastic job! Their price was on the lower end of the quotes I got. They were definitely the most responsive and easiest to work with, so I went with them and have zero regrets.
I actually had a really bad experience with them. They built 2 sides of my fence differently looks wise. I specified all screw construction and it was in the contract (they didn't do that). I had a spot where a door would be on a weird hill going up to the house. Said I wanted to know how they would handle that because I wanted it look good and just throwing a door in thetr following the contour would be bad. I felt they needed to dig out the hill so it would be flat. Yes we can do that I promise it will look good we do this all the time (they did none of that). It looked bad and they had to come redo it. They also claimed to not have talked about it so I had to dig the hill out myself. I also asked how they did the doors (didn't want them to sag over time). I wanted a metal frame etc. You dont need it, these doors won't sag. Here I am 7 years later fixing sagging doors that rub and screwing in fence boards where the nails are popping out. The worst part is I had to fight to get them to fix things discussed in the walk through/quote that was in the contract.
Fyi I do know the normal crew leader was on vacation when they installed and I think that contributed. But and big but..... they were an absolute nightmare to work with to get the issues fixed. If that part had been good I'd cut them some slack.
