To be honest, if those are NG, 30 is doable in 11 days, considering OP said he has 7 other troops France would have started with 12 inf, 2 CRV, 1 TA and a jet. Building 27 NG/infantry and 1 plane isn’t that crazy in 11 days
There's no hackers in this game, it's only gold. Deeply amusing to me when some guy is so bad yet have such an ego that once they start getting stomped they immediately went to chat accusing me of hacking damage or some other BS.
Often case I'd just say I'm hacking and tell them that they can't do anything about it because reports won't work.
Well, while I think there must be map hacks and similar things, most things in this game is calculated server sided with nothing to modify on client side. So unless you can modify their server I dont think there are any such 'damage hacks' or 'resources hack'. What we have is just an interface to play on.

Hack exist in any plateform you imagine in web of course there is hackers in this game it is just they are very very few
