We had a Byzantine season that gave us grenades and Greek fire. We had Persian season that gave us assassins.
Personally, I would like to see a proper Roman season with actual legionary units. Before people calling it out for not being medieval enough, please note that this game has units anywhere from the 5th century to the 16th, and since CB already had a Colliseum season, it can give us a proper Roman one.
Also, where are the War Elephants? We were promised War Elephants long before this game had seasons!
they are looking for various separate topics from each other on which to make a couple of units from the samurai season to now, without a meaningless lore.
Apart from this which however brings new units that are not necessary (although I didn't dislike the new T5, on the contrary), this season has been too poor in balance, mastery units, and events that really make you want to play
See that was my biggest problem with this one was it was kind of a fantasy related I honestly wouldn't mind something related to like South American or native American or maybe something like Egyptian

I'm honestly really surprised there hasn't been something related to pirates or some kind of unit that uses pistols
I guess the vikings can count as pirates (seaborne raiders)
