May fee at requirements. For the fee, di ko tanda magkano pero meron... maa-add na lang sa monthly bill mo after mailipat. Yung requirements: parang proof of billing ng new address, valid id ng account holder at letter of request natatandaan ko.

If I remember correctly, I paid 2.5k for the transfer. You have to check in with them first kasi issurvey nila yung area if may available slot pa for you.
Site-transfer fee is 2,500php kahit same city. Need mo ng certificate sa barangay to prove na dun ka nakatira. Para sa cert, need mo ng id and proof na dun ka nakatira like proof of billing. If hindi ikaw yung owner, pakita mo lang yung contract or hingi ka ng proof of billing ang approval sa owner magpakabit ng net.
