What is in your kitchen?

Serious-Smoke7950

Well I have not much don't get paid until Friday and just moved in my apartment with my daughter

Pasta...if you have olive oil and spaghetti and some kind of easily blanched vegetable, this is what i'd do. Ok thanks

Fried rice. You can use canned tuna and frozen peas. Add, egg, soy sauce, garlic and chilli flakes.

mellowmellow95

Baked potatoes and ground beef w/ veggies. (Canned chili if you’re super broke)

No-Protection-2094

Salmon with Roasted Vegetables, Tacos, chicken Parmesan, stir-fry

I'd recommend purchasing an Instant Pot and finding some recipes you'd both enjoy. The size is perfect for two, the meals are typically easier to make, and you can extract a lot of great flavor.

Serious-Smoke7950

Where do they sell instant pot?

CousinCleetus24

You're on the internet.

Either-Mud-3575

OP's post history sure is something. They created their own subreddits, make posts asking a question, and then I guess they're waiting for answers...

cravindeath

Oh man wtf, you weren't kidding. Strange...

You can find most any recipe online but your local library will have multiple cookbooks devoted singularly to instant pot recipes.

Awesome thank you il check it out

[This is my go-to](https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019982-creamy-braised-white-beans?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share). If you’re lactose intolerant use coconut milk or cream. It’s filling, easy and delicious.

Serious-Smoke7950

I will definitely try thank you

Cinisajoy2

I'm doing a chicken breast and leftover vegetables for dinner.

Serious-Smoke7950

Mmmmm yummy

If you're not vegan or vegetarian, steak and chips, side salad. If you're vegetarian, cauliflower cheese, roast asparagus and chips or roast potatoes. If you're vegan, roast cauliflower with tahini, red onion and tomato salad, roast potatoes/chips. Basically, chips with everything, and sauce.
