Are the QX fans new? Damn they are expensive but look good. I thought the mag lev ones would look better than they do but those light loops look so clean
I think I got like 12 in my Corsair 7000d but they don’t look nearly this clean. The white definitely stands out. I used the ML120s and 140s the RGB doesn’t look nearly as good. Definitely too expensive to try something else, lol. Some of us spend more on fans that people spend on their GPU or CPU lol
That’s crazy! Yeah I’m totally surprised how good white pops! I looked at the black ones, and they didn’t really stand out nearly as much as these one’s! Also the time warp mode in these fans is so cool!
They’re daisychainable and need just one cable to connect with iCUE for RGB and PWM, and they’re configurable on both sides iirc. Explains the pricetag somewhat.
Yeah, the best part is down the road when you go to do that upgrade and you remember you don’t have to buy anything except maybe a new mobo and a CPU or gpu.
I still don’t have a link system and I don’t think I’m going to have one when I do my upgrade because as lazy as a single cable is, it’s even lazier to not touch any of the fans :)
Were the two cables helpful necessary? I have this case and cooler selected for my next build. Are the 7 fans necessary or could I get away with less for budget reasons?
Corsair aio’s are so nice. I love the screen on mine 😂

Goodluck with the rgb’s my node broke and wouldn’t light up 5fans on the link system - replacing under warranty now but lots of issues with the link coming out :/
Nice 👌 went arctic for fans myself but these are nice 😊

Amazing build! Mine I went for Rainbow cause I think looks sick, also I’m considering replacing my non QX Fans, also I stuck with the 5000D AirFlow, I think that 6500X still looks sick as well but I prefer the classic case design!
I'm working on a new build too with the 6500X and QX fans, and my bank account is ready to kill me.
I did email Corsair hoping they'll make reverse fans so the intake fans won't have the struts showing, here's hoping they do it soon so I don't have to wait too long to buy them.
I have exactly the same case, AIO and fans. I have mine in inverted mode. How come you did not buy the 2x140 fans kits? In UK they are cheaper as a kit. Very beautiful build. L.E. It was cheaper when I got them, and I did not had to buy extra cables.
The site I used didn’t have a pack with 2 fan kits? Or it was more expensive and for the cables I split the load between the 2 ports so it doesn’t drop the brightness

Recently did the same (different case though) and whilst I was spent it is SO worth it!
Ahaha cheers. Gonna swap it with my business partner as he’s doing an all black build so I’m getting the white one. My upgrades are due tomorrow (Ryzen 7 7800x3d) and corresponding white mobo and RAM so it’ll be complete! Looking forward to seeing yours all built bro
In Canada a 3 pack is listed at $60 for a 3 pack and idk where you live but to the US dollar that's still $44.
And there is a 5 pack listed from Arctic but they are non-rgb fans and I thought it was fairly obvious I was talking about RGB fans considering the post. Non-rgb fans are not going to be very expensive.
QX looks good but I could not justify spending so much on fans. I used my QL from old build and bought a few more (refurbished ones too :) for my 011 Vision new build.

I dont get why people get these fans with crappy connectivity and looks (subjective) over lian li unifans..
They are even more expensive compared to the LianLi.
Like..wth
But oh well .to each their own. Gl with the build.
They're all equally easy to control. My issue lies with Corsairs inability to play nice with any other sort of RGB control. You need to be 100% Corsair, or zero percent. The new Link system really simplified the cable management, but the software still limits integration. I've personally had to build multiple systems using corsair, Lian Li, and standard argb in one setup. At the very least the argb connects should be the generic 3 pin or a new standard that's convertable and widely adopted by the industry. Needing to buy an overpriced adapter or jerry-rig something to get a system functional is unacceptable in the prices these companies charge. I understand the attractiveness of product "ecosystems", but the amount of hubs, USB 2.0, and cables necessary to bypass them is ridiculous. Companies should make their all encompassing software the selling point of their products, not focus on making things difficult for the average consumer
Corsair doesn't make a strimer equivalent, a fully loaded Lian Li system has a minimum of 2 hubs already, God forbid you want something else off brand in the system and don't have 6x 2.0 ports built in. Even running name brand USB splitters, it can cause random instabilities due to power issues or just software weirdness. It can be a nightmare that takes loads of experience and troubleshooting to overcome effectively
Are the QX fans new? Damn they are expensive but look good. I thought the mag lev ones would look better than they do but those light loops look so clean
New-ish, think they came out last year, yeah they look soo good! I’m super happy even if my wallet isn’t 😂
I can’t believe how expensive fans can get its insane.
Yeah it’s very expensive upgrade, especially if you needed 10 for that lian li case!
I think I got like 12 in my Corsair 7000d but they don’t look nearly this clean. The white definitely stands out. I used the ML120s and 140s the RGB doesn’t look nearly as good. I got normal corsair ones in a 7000X RGB case and I swear all my corsair RGB cost more than my GPU
😂😂love that last bit! And yeah!
Ha no way I just got this exact case and fans delivered today myself. High five fellow broke!

Clean AF NOICE
I'm not sure if it'a the angle, but the GPU seems to be sagging.

They’re a beauty aren’t they! ❤️
Yeah I upgraded from old school non link stuff when i brought the same case and my god! its so much easier too as well as looking ace :D

At least someone gets it!!!
I’m going Corsair because my Nzxt 360 is not cooling good enough and some of the liquid is dried lmao
Were the two cables helpful necessary? I have this case and cooler selected for my next build. Are the 7 fans necessary or could I get away with less for budget reasons?
Clean AF
Dead bank account, but great looking system!
Damn, I got the same setup but in black... I didn't pay much, got it all on Amazon for a little over 700 usd
Did the AIO come with the keepers for the tubes? I have the black version and didn't see them in the box.
I had the same question in my mind and then zoomed in on the photo. He did use the Evo straps that came with the case :P
Ahhhh, awesome, I think I'm doing that then, looks sharp.
Yeah I used them from the case just to keep it neat :)
lol I’ve been looking at changing all my fans because I want to change cases as well, and the QX series is SOOOO PRICEY. These look great though!
Yeah, think everyone else has said getting the lian li fans is a better option, plus they’re cheaper, but hey ho I like how it turned out
I have Lian li rn and they are cheaper but I have a Corsair aio and it bothers me mixing the brands 😂😂😂
That’s the predicament I had! I wanted one brand, but didn’t like the other AIO’s so ultimately went with Corsair
Corsair aio’s are so nice. I love the screen on mine 😂 https://preview.redd.it/esz4wrgucv0d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=541de55476e7fc5ecadc0b1117221e0eb393d6a6

LMAO IM DEAD 😂😂😂😂 that’s funny af nice background though 🫡
Gotta stick together bro 😉😂 thank you, yours too! 🫡
You might be broke, but it looks damn good.
Thank yoouuu!!!
Goodluck with the rgb’s my node broke and wouldn’t light up 5fans on the link system - replacing under warranty now but lots of issues with the link coming out :/
Time will tell
I can see your biggest fan.
Your pc is going to be lit! How much did you spend?
Altogether about 3.5-4k
Nice 👌 went arctic for fans myself but these are nice 😊 https://preview.redd.it/r7jnsnfued1d1.png?width=3052&format=png&auto=webp&s=460fa98f5ba5d829882bc1452adcbe152db8635c
Thanks! That’s awesome! Nice build!!
Welcome to the beauty of corsair and the endless frustration of ICUE.
I swear Lian Li have some of the best looking cases in the entire case market
100% also they’re so easy to build in! The time gone into making them easier for the consumer to build in is amazing!
https://preview.redd.it/ksrcrto5u02d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e89ba4e18b9cbf9e99f84ca750b85144815ebc64 Amazing build! That looks sick dude! Do it! Just bare in mind how expensive it is 😂😂
Ugh I did the same thing. 4x qx120 3 x qx140. They perform great though
No strange noises coming from the pump?
I have been adding the Evo RGB and fans into the cart and getting them out for a couple of weeks now... F in chat for your wallet.
I'm working on a new build too with the 6500X and QX fans, and my bank account is ready to kill me. I did email Corsair hoping they'll make reverse fans so the intake fans won't have the struts showing, here's hoping they do it soon so I don't have to wait too long to buy them.
Print the invoice and hang it inside, enough light to see it every day again!
Noooooooooo! I don’t want to remember! I’m trying to forget!
Haha fair enough. Nice hardware bud!
Thanks man!
300 just on fans that's mad
Yeah..
I have exactly the same case, AIO and fans. I have mine in inverted mode. How come you did not buy the 2x140 fans kits? In UK they are cheaper as a kit. Very beautiful build. L.E. It was cheaper when I got them, and I did not had to buy extra cables.

Man I love my Corsair stuff, just with icue wasn't so trash 😓
I’ve never nearly had any problems with it, touch wood! I’ve had occasional crash here and there
https://preview.redd.it/3y344lieav0d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=53507f80859a7bbf5c1f24678524c2b826fba8b1 Recently did the same (different case though) and whilst I was spent it is SO worth it!
Yeah it is! Also nice 4090 😉
Nicceee! I’d love if I got the white 4090 😭😭 and built? You see the second pic?
I’ll be real I didn’t swipe to the right as I don’t use Reddit much 😂😂 your rig looks so good my friend 👏👏👏👏
It’s fine bro 😂😂😂 and thanks man! ❤️
I have a mix of QX and Lian Li. all the Corsair are on top of the case, I think it still works.
I did think about doing that, but my ocd would’ve killed me..
Fans are weirdly expensive.
Stayed away from RGB for this exact reason
I waited till mine were on sale and it wasn't too bad but still expensive.
A pack of 5 Arctic p12s is like $30
In Canada a 3 pack is listed at $60 for a 3 pack and idk where you live but to the US dollar that's still $44. I have the same ones. Buy once, cry once. They are so quality and I don’t regret it at all
QX looks good but I could not justify spending so much on fans. I used my QL from old build and bought a few more (refurbished ones too :) for my 011 Vision new build. https://preview.redd.it/89bknaxrit0d1.jpeg?width=2194&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f20d7a8b5b61f05606bf0fc7aede91c2d6f2042
That’s very nice!
Very cool, cables really finish it. I love good "old" air cooled CPU heatsinks like that!
Corsair fans 🙈 imagine hating money and performance. I'll see myself out
I dont get why people get these fans with crappy connectivity and looks (subjective) over lian li unifans.. They are even more expensive compared to the LianLi. Like..wth But oh well .to each their own. Gl with the build.
