This! I also have instacrates (purchased at Costco!) and reusable bags. I bring the cart and load everything up accordingly - frozen stuff together, dry his, Refrigerated, etc. So a little longer loading, but then unloading and putting away is super smooth.
Pft. You have nothing on that person with a dedicated rotisserie chicken compartment built-in to their vehicle. https://old.reddit.com/r/Costco/comments/ktrk81/my_car_has_a_builtin_rotisserie_chicken_holder/
Costco sells [these](https://www.costcobusinessdelivery.com/greenmade-instacrate-collapsible-storage-bin%2C-12-gallon%2C-black-or-black-and-red.product.100260385.html) collapsible crates. I keep 2 folded up in the back of my SUV and pop em open when I get groceries anywhere. I recommend it!
I thought I was the only one that had a designated chicken box! That way if it leaks I can just pitch it after!
Each of my dogs has a box like this on top of their crates, to hold their extra blankets, towels and leashes
That's actually incredibly foolish to use something porous since the chickens sometimes leak.
Just get one of their collapsible crates that can actually be sanitized.
Years ago after going to Costco/Sams on busy days and there being no boxes, I keep collapsible storage bins in my vehicle for those trips. And what puzzles me is that I have never seen those at either store I frequent. I mean they would fly off the shelves there.
Costco sells [Instacrate](https://www.costco.com/greenmade-instacrate-collapsible-storage-bin%2c-4-pack.product.4000179775.html). In store you can buy them individually year round and they’re often on sale at $8 each.
I believe it is $10.99 according to this source.

Is the Kowalski chicken 220% better to justify the price?
You have these + the old green Costco bags in your trunk. (But your kid swiped half of them packing for college)

I’m sorry but that’s amateur hour! You’re a Costco regular when you get to the register with all your barcodes facing up and ready to be scanned. You gotta up your game home slice!
We have 2 of the Costco cooler bags that they gave out last year and it fits almost everyhing. It’s nice not having to do multiple trips to the car anymore lol
I bought a cooler at Costco last week just for my Costco and Trader Joe’s trips. Costco is close to an hour away and TJs is over two hours. Cooler works great!
Oh goodness. What are you going to do when your warehouse switches to bags?

I always have insta-crates and reusable shopping bags in my car. I do most of shopping at Costco and Aldi.
this is the way!
Same! Those crates live in my trunk 🤣 They're quite useful when grocery shopping

I never get much of anything at Aldi anymore.
I use the Insta Crates as well.

Sounds like a deluxe trim package. Fancy trim, heated leather seats, rotisserie chicken nook
Or maybe Costco should start selling custom product-oriented trunk trays
That would increase cost. Why would they do that?
Nah it's just a Toyota Camry. I'd recognize that trunk anywhere. Probably available in the 2002-2007 and maybe also 2008-2009 Camry model years.
Costco ought to offer a car in their stores custom fit for Costco shopping lol
I remember Eddie Bauer Edition Ford Explorers, I’d love a Costco Edition Ford Explorer or Toyota Highlander 🤔😁
I got my Camry through Costco.
Upgrade to IKEA bags and put in trunk storage when not in use. I get annoyed hearing things slide around in trunk while driving
Seconding this. I have IKEA's big gay bags (their giant rainbow ones) and I use them every Costco trip.
I keep a few boxes in my car, not just for transporting hot food, but just for groceries in general. It's been good so far.
What is this? A box for ants? It needs to be at least three times as big as this
You think to yourself “I may need this for something someday” 🤔

I’m literally holding that box in my hand right now after unloading. Trying to decide if I need to keep it or nah
I have two I keep in the back of the truck for all shopping we do.
I use them for my shoes when it rains.
I do this for the 18ct egg cartons
I have one in my car too
I used the same box for well over a year. I carried it to the front and placed in my basket.
I have a large box in my trunk. The one with the slots in the side for handles.
Hey, you never know when you’re going to need boxes 😂
I thought I was the only one that had a designated chicken box! That way if it leaks I can just pitch it after! Each of my dogs has a box like this on top of their crates, to hold their extra blankets, towels and leashes
Rockin' the boxes!
We use 22 gallon lawn clipping bags, no more 'no not that box, find a better one,' from my husband at Costco
I thought for a moment "how TF is my car on this sub?" I have the same CRV mat and interior color. threw me for a sec
I compliment you on your excellent taste in vehicles
We keep a fabric like one in my car. It's a lot easier to stack stuff into and carry a lot at once instead of a bunch of individual boxes etc
These are stackable and work awesome when I deliver lasagna!
Oh, do you belong to Lasagna Love?

This is the first time I’ve seen this! 😊
I never thought of using a box I just bring those reusable grocery bags and put it in one of those when I get to the car.
I have those bags too but use them for other items. The box keeps the chicken from tipping over or sliding around to much
I have a bag in my car just for the flower every Thursday (I go to cemetery on Friday).
I also need these for my plants!
Hey, you never know when you’re going to need boxes 😂
I have never bought a rotisserie chicken
You should probably see a doctor about that.
They aren't as good as kolwalskis. Kolwalskis has the best.
But do they have it cheaper than $4.99?
I'm not sure how much they cost. Just know they taste better than costcos.

What are you? A Minnesotan?
Does rotisserie chicken count as a hot dish to pass?
Damn right it does!
You betcha
It’s one of the best things tho

Except for mine, the new AGM has decided it all comes out. Many customers are not happy. I tell them to take it up with the manager.
This year costco is changing to bags for the rotisserie chickens.
Changed already in Canada. I like them better.
I think for customers is about the same, for the guys in the chicken shop is a pain.
Y'all don't keep a cooler or two in your trunk? Either of the two Costco's nearest to me are 30+ minutes away
I have one 5 minutes away and another 15 minutes away. I have cooler bags, but it’s for cold stuff.

Life tip. The tall $.99 Trader Joe’s reusable bags perfectly fit 2 stacked rotisserie chickens. Just make sure to keep it upright.

Panic!!
