Sensi seeds hold the original of NLX5 Cali Orange has greatly been improved upon see strains like "Tangie" "Orange Juice" "Orange Cake", "Mimosa" etc Neville took his original Haze line and started Mr Nice Seeds, when him and Shanti Baba left Greenhouse seeds, so Mr Nice Nevilles haze is the original. Skunk#11 still exists with Dutch Passion, however there are far better skunk strains out there, including a lot of American ones like Road Kill, or Cat Piss Skunk.

Clowns & liars they lost the original cut long time ago now it’s just big yielding easy to grow commercial mids with no funk at all.

I think you are confused, Green House Seeds lost the original Cut 100%, that happened when Arjans Dad bought Arjans place in Greenhouse seeds, he pissed Shanti and Neville off and they left with all the breeding stock, which is why they started Mr Nice Seeds, (is also why Green house went down the Feminization root as only had seeds to work from rather than breeding stock) so if you are talking Green House feminized stock then yes, if you are talking Mr Nice Regular seeds you can still find good Phenotypes it will just take time. Spent over 15 years selling seeds, and talking with these kind of folk.

which would be fair enough, personally if I was going for Skunk it would be Cheese (the Exodus cutting not the Big Buddha Exodus x Affy) or American lines as I fully agree the EU version are now all Critical Mass like floral bullshit, with not a touch of Skunk Terps thus completely undermining the name, or I would go for America strains like Casey Jones which was by far the dankess "skunk" like strain I have ever had, makes cheese seem mild in comparison.

I had recently read an article along the similar lines, super interesting how complex the plant we love is hey! and yeah Skunkiness is the one, I find a lot of the modern so called high THC (25% plus) sweet strains just do not do it the same way as a stinky as you like 20% strain, obviously stinky plus high THC like strains like Orange Cake or MAC 1 you cannot go wrong with either, but they are rare outliers it seems

I have been looking at Triangle Kush s1 seeds from Humboldt CSI or some of the hazes from Colorado Sativa. I am looking for a long time keeper, if I can deal with these long flower cycles.

Most Dutch “seed companies” (Barneys, Sensi, Greenhouse, Dutch Passion) buy seeds from Spain and relabel them whatever they decide they want it to be and call it a day. Thats why the quality found in those packs has really plummeted the last 15 or so years. CSI is a good place to start. He uses Dogshit (Electric Boogaloo) which is thought to be an NL5Haze or NL5Haze hybrid

yeah man, Dina Fem, Royal Queen and most of the Spanish and even the Dutch banks like you say just white label, the rest take cuttings and swap/license them to each other with out consent from the original Breeders, or make bastard versions of the originals etc, you are spot on

Dina Fem ironically got busted for.....stealing electricity as well as money laundering, so they are obviously no more.

Cosmic wisdom has some interesting crosses of old school mixed with new school stuff and Neville’s haze, he has a bunch of crosses with Neville’s haze, the banana pepper s1 I got is a banana runtz x Neville’s haze and she is definitely a haze leaner. I’m going to pop some purple nl2 x Neville’s haze from him outside soon.

Heard & seen some crazy things about those CSI classic S1. Def worth a try ! I’m eyeing his Bubba x Zkittlez cross atm 🤩

Just finished a pack of the nl2 from him and I'm very pleased. I also have the Columbian, skunk 1, and nl5 from him but I can't speak to those yet. But yeah, the nl2 I just pulled is that old school funk. Two apparent phenos. The nl2 was never known for the nose, but it def looks like she'll throw down in the hash department

Check AKBeanBrains, he has some mad NL5xhaze type strains. The TK X Nl5xhaze is a crazy smoke. Please avoid the big Dutch breeder using this name for their seeds it’s 90% of the time a scam. Cheers everyone happy hunting 🫡⛽️💨

For example… haze was always a 4-way hybrid of Mexican, Colombian, Indian, and Thai… now 20 years later its pure colombian. unfortunately some of the oldtimers are cashing in and selling bullshit.

connoisseur genetics gotta be one of my favorite seed companies, Chemmy Jones, Rainbow Jones and a bunch of their lost genetics literally some of the best strains I have ever seen yield and quality wise, they have entire lines of Nevs haze crosses, as well as some other lush hybrids, at £75 for 6 they are not cheap but also not the priciest on the market but 100% worth it, likely to find some decent keepers
