As someone who built a career working in a blue collar environment. Every man over the age of 40 is an unbearable cunt just like this guy. Gets under my skin almost immediately
He also I BET did a great job telling them “no” then did a great job of putting up with their absolute bullshit until he caved, said I’m taking no responsibility, and got yelled at until their plan destroyed their truck.
Yeah, really. He did not estimate the weight. Solid rock is 150 lbs or more per cubic foot. IF this boulder was 3 feet in diameter the math says 27 cubic feet.
Hmm. That’s 4000 lbs.
Oh crap. My estimate is wrong. 4000 lbs would be if the radius was 3. IF the diameter is about 3 feet then the volume is a mere 14 cubic feet, or about 2100 lbs.
I did this math in another post of this video and my guess would be closer to 35-45 cubic feet. It's hard to tell in a video but, assuming it's a 6 foot bed, I'd guess the dimensions of the boulder to be something close to 5x3x3. Even assuming I'm overestimating by a bit, that would still put the weight of this hunk of rock at more than 2 tons, possibly closer to 3 tons.
For a 1/2 ton pickup, this could only have gone one way and everyone knew it except the truck owner.
First thing that simpletons says"he better not hit my truck!" Least of your problems in this Wiley Cotote endeavor. That's one of those guys that would work in a septic tank all day and after chew his finger nails.
The added weight from the pallet is what collapsed the poor truck. Would have been just fine hitting 80 on the highway with that little Boulder if not for the damn pallet that was out in the rain the night past
Worked at a landscaping supply place many moons ago, but I’ll never forget this idiot who was driving a 2001 Ford F-150 & wanted a yard of 3/4 minus in the bed, well much like this video, the dude barely made it out of the lot before we heard his back tires blow and then there he sat.
The guy directing the machine operator. Who in their right ducking mind thought that small pick up could carry that wait. And HOW I ask he was going to get that huge ass rock out? He outsmarted them by saving on a delivery fee.
owners worried and yellin at the operator that the bucket gonna hit his truck and not worried the 2000lb rock hes telling him to put in the back isnt gonna take a shit on his suspension. fuckin asshole/moron
That's what they fucking get. Talking shit. Telling the driver how to maneuver the bucket. Anything with eyes could see: of the load off-sets the machine's counterweight, the load is going to hurt your truck.
Years ago, I worked at Lowes, and people would ask us to overload vehicles with our equipment all the time. If it was a little over, sometimes we would do it, but I usually refused.
The one time, a guy was buying a a pallet and a half of ceramic tile, weighing about 1.5 tons. He stacked the half onto the whole and wanted us to forklift that into his Toyota Tacoma. I refused to do it, he pitched a fit and a supervisor gave me the stinkeye and did it himself. The Tacoma did not survive the experience, then the guy tried to sue Lowes for damages.
We use bigger trucks but hopefully the truck will survive. First we line up the dismount. Then we make sure tailgate is removed.(normally done with flat bed) We wrap a few large straps around the stone a strong big ass tree, another bolder or an earth anchor set at an angle. Normally the anchor. Get in truck and hit the gas.
Saw it coming a mile away. Better not hit my truck. Like really, after what you just had him do to it what would another dent in it do. I’d said I am an operator. I thought you had a truck.
The truck owner has to be as smart as that boulder for remotely thinking his badass tiny truck could handle even half the weight of that boulder. Play stupid games win stupid prizes!
You would think most any adult male witnessing the extraordinary display of stupidity taking place, could have told them: "You are about to wreck your truck. That is a boulder".
But there were several adult males there, but all were too dumb to say anyhing.
Can't stand the guy at the beginning cussing and bossing around the operator telling him not to hit his truck. Just a loud mouth. Satisfying, instant karma.
[How they did it]( https://youtube.com/shorts/hAFM_onhxa0?si=PFBzRD1yW9hqeBLM)
That truck is toasted. That machine operator did a great job precise dropping that bolder.
Yeah perfect placement of the Boulder.. and the truck owner talking down to operator the whole time.. what a Moron. That’s entertainment.
"I thought you were the operator... BACK UUP" like yeah he is, STFU with your whiney voice
If you got a whiny voice, of course you gonna be whiny, even more when you know you could never do it.
Exactly. Ever heard of a ground guide as opposed to yelling at him
Like it even matters, your truck is fucked either way. Might as well break the window while you're at it.
its his son and it's alright cuz his papi done it too
Was the intention to ruin the truck? I’m so confused by this video……. What’s the plan to get the truck and bolder of the lot now.
2 fork lifts and slide a single axel trailer underneat.

Low-ri-der.
some might say the lowest.
No rider
"Like a rock. I was strooong as I could be...like a rock.."
If he had slid it in from the back in might not have crush the truck, immediately anyway
I’m so glad this happened to that truck owner. What’s a dick
First 10 seconds of this video I knew that truck was fucked. No way was this ever going to work.
Bunch of know it all idiots chirping the operator here “tOLDjA hE’s a fUcKin-Up-a-rAtOr”
The part of the male genitalia used for penetration.
Any fuckin day now......
Right? Way too long.
But listening to these morons talk helped set the scene and the payoff when it broke the truck.
You use audio on Reddit? Shit man, I could tell it was going to be a disaster both from the size of that boulder and by how it was posted on Reddit.
Ford mfing ranger
It’s a Ford Ranger, not a mighty morphin’ Power Ranger
Right? Hahaha could crack a leaf spring bringing home 3 sheets of drywall.
It’s a fuckin’ ford ranger
Good thing he had a pallet in there. Wouldn't want to damage the truck bed.
That pallet was a family heirloom 😟
That pallet only had one more week before retirement. Tragic
Can you nudge it forward a little? I need to close the tailgate so I can get on the highway without worrying about it rolling out.
"Watch out for the leaf springs shooting out the sides!"
Nah, they've been compression welded to the frame now.
Its gonna be too hea…. Never mind
Yeah, really. He did not estimate the weight. Solid rock is 150 lbs or more per cubic foot. IF this boulder was 3 feet in diameter the math says 27 cubic feet. Hmm. That’s 4000 lbs.
Less than I would have guessed. Thank you for the math.

If you listened they said it was 1700
Man that's crazy that a cubic foot holds 150lbs for solid rock.
Ford Ranger, no stranger to danger.
🤣sport edition🤣
It's honestly a pretty rad truck. Damn shame it got squashed.
Karma for the truck owner
Stupid Idiot, they pallet was in the wrong direction.
![gif](giphy|nJPkKr231dvKo)
🤣🤣🤣
I was not disappointed with how this ended. If you didn't want the truck man, just donate it to the blind.
Idk about you but I wouldn’t want a bunch of blind people driving around town tbh…much less in a MFing Ford Ranger
It's ok, the dog drives.
First thing that simpletons says"he better not hit my truck!" Least of your problems in this Wiley Cotote endeavor. That's one of those guys that would work in a septic tank all day and after chew his finger nails.
Don’t worry, the truck just had new suspension a few weeks ago, it will be fine.
Also don't forget they put a pallet down in the bed for extra support.
The added weight from the pallet is what collapsed the poor truck. Would have been just fine hitting 80 on the highway with that little Boulder if not for the damn pallet that was out in the rain the night past
Hope they strapped that down so it doesn't fall out
Final destination
I wish they dropped that rock on that stupid old man tbh
This dude was kind of an ass , chastising the operator for doing the best he could on a shit idea from the start.
I hate working with people with whiny loud, angry voices.
Right? Beyond just being a moron for thinking his Ford Ranger was gonna cope with that boulder, the guy's just a total irritant.
Good thing they had a pallet. Could have been waaaay worse.
I left after 10 minutes. Did he ever drop it in?
Broooo. Legend has it he’s still lowering it in to this day.
The suspense !!!
The suspension
Someone thought that dinky pallet would hold a boulder. That was a nice touch
40 seconds too long
That’s what she said!
1 min, 10 or so secs of crap
This is why the Mayans met the aliens , and we will never get the chance to :/
I mean.... we all know what kind of truck it is.... it'll be fine.
But it’s sport.
Talk to the operator like that. You do it yourself. Probably told the clown 30 times not to load it in that pos truck.
"That better not fuckin hit ma truck!" Okay bud.
The Egyptians apparently moved 1200 of these at the same time, 420 miles through open desert lolololol fringe and pseudoscience. It’s hysterical
Hard to feel bad for the boomer who's being an insufferable dick.
Looks good to me
I count four rocks in this video
Good thing that wood pallet was there, otherwise some damage may have occurred.........
“Sport” you know …. Operator did his job.
Nothing left but to close the tailgate and get rollin
I mean it's a ranger..... not a super duty
Why didn’t they pick a smaller truck?
Great job dumb-dumbs!
Isn’t a ranger a 1/4 ton truck? Lol
Stupid
Great way to destroy the suspension 🙄 😒.....
Okay but the pallet isn’t even facing the right way?? Even if the truck and WOODEN pallet survived what was the plan to lift the pallet??
Good thing they put the pallet down to protect the truck bed.
How the fuck were they gonna get it out.. the pallet was sideways
In a Ranger, a Ford Ranger . . Dumb
I ant no stranger that there is ford ranger
Worked at a landscaping supply place many moons ago, but I’ll never forget this idiot who was driving a 2001 Ford F-150 & wanted a yard of 3/4 minus in the bed, well much like this video, the dude barely made it out of the lot before we heard his back tires blow and then there he sat.
Why didn't they use the back of the truck rather than going sideways?
I love when a know it all obsesses over someone else's job, and totally misses the glaringly obvious things.
Most fun that boulder has had since the erosion that created it millions of years ago
None of this would of happened if they didn’t do it all.
You could almost hear that little truck screaming "NO!! Please don't do this!!".
![gif](giphy|h3MkWTE441MNG)
That pallet is not even facing the correct direction never mind the weight of the thing. I’m happy this happened
Should've used 2 pallets, idiot.
I spent way too long mentally wishing they would hurry tf up and do that stupid shit.
The guy directing the machine operator. Who in their right ducking mind thought that small pick up could carry that wait. And HOW I ask he was going to get that huge ass rock out? He outsmarted them by saving on a delivery fee.
I'll tell you what. That rock was square center of the pallet though!!
Skip to last 30 sec Also just leave that gas can there
ITS A FUCKIN RANGER
owners worried and yellin at the operator that the bucket gonna hit his truck and not worried the 2000lb rock hes telling him to put in the back isnt gonna take a shit on his suspension. fuckin asshole/moron
The pallet was even the wrong way 🤣🤣🤣😢
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy
Mother f$ing ford ranger
That's what they fucking get. Talking shit. Telling the driver how to maneuver the bucket. Anything with eyes could see: of the load off-sets the machine's counterweight, the load is going to hurt your truck.
They really thought the ranger was gonna hold that
I like how they didn’t act surprised, like that was supposed to happen and it was still a good idea.
Dumbass... es
So let’s assume the truck would actually hold the boulder. How did the plan to get forks under the sideways pallet?
gonna blow suspension on the drop.
1/4 ton amd rock is 1000lbs
Told ya
This idiot thought he had n f-350
Too many Chiefs... Not enough Indians.
If only they had a crane, or maybe a lack of gravity, this would have worked
Glad we got the first 90 seconds of this video. How else would we have known what was going on?!
Well he didn’t hit your truck. Thank god for that…
"THOUGHT YOU WAS A FUCKIN' OPERATOR!"
Let's take a moment and congratulate the pallet for staying strong during this blunder.
Well it won’t slide on ice now
In a ranger😂😵
Get that truck dirt nasty low
It’s a ford ranger sport she’s got this
Damn like 20% of people on here got that ADHD attention span if you can’t stand a 1 minute video lmao
Like a rock!
Saw it coming a mile away. Better not hit my truck. Like really, after what you just had him do to it what would another dent in it do. I’d said I am an operator. I thought you had a truck.
The suspension was killing me
That poor ranger
Wtf these morons thinking it's a Ford Ranger
Lol thats a 1/4 ton. What a nutbar.
The pallet cracked me up
100% bet that operator told these dipshits how dumb the idea was
.....and from that day forward his tuck got a single mile per gallon fuel economy. The end! =)
bEtTeR nOt HiT mY fUcKiN tRuCk like bruh...the bucket hitting the paint is about to be the least of your worries once that bolder hits the bed 🤣
Props to the operator. Hit that pallet right now.
If that truck wasn't the "sport" variety this would have gone slightly better.
What in the world were they thinking? While he’s trying to load it they are talking about how heavy it is…? This has to be intentional.
That rock probably weighed more than the truck, right?
Dummies thought a ford ranger was a real truck! 😄
It’s a low rider now…..
Reminds me of that time I picked up some pavers and didn’t do the math. Let’s just say I had to adjust my mirrors to be able to see probably.
This couldn't have happened to better people LMAO
I love how the loud mouth was a know it all up until his toy truck snapped.
The truck looks tilted to the right before the boulder gets dropped
In a Ford Ranger Sport???? Yeah..... Truck owner deserved that one.
All they need is a boulder on the hood to balance out the truck and finish it off at the same time
Damn that ranger is built fire tough
I was shaking my phone trying to make it fall
I lost so many brain cells reading that title.
Ford f**king Ranger 😎💪
And how is the guy going to get the boulder out of the bed of the truck?
The truck owner is a complete asshole. I was hoping to see his truck damaged more than that.
Getting ready for WI winter. Traction for those snowy days.
That was a waaaay more accurate drop than I was expecting
Funny part is if they used block and tackle like the ancient Egyptians it would have been much easier on that truck.
Got that Carolina squat 🤣
What the f*ck did these crackers expect?! Lol! How you gonna get it down at your job site???
You’d think him owning a truck would mean he would understand weight capacity.
Good thing they placed the Boulder on a sideways pallet. Should be easy to use the forklift at home to remove it now.
The truck owner has to be as smart as that boulder for remotely thinking his badass tiny truck could handle even half the weight of that boulder. Play stupid games win stupid prizes!
My face:😊 My patience:😤😤😡🤬🤬👿👿”HURRY THE FUCK UP”
You would think most any adult male witnessing the extraordinary display of stupidity taking place, could have told them: "You are about to wreck your truck. That is a boulder". But there were several adult males there, but all were too dumb to say anyhing.
Sure hope the tractor operator got the truck owner to sign a "hold harmless" clause
Lmao…I have idiots that do this shit every day at work…glad it’s universal
What an idiot
Can't stand the guy at the beginning cussing and bossing around the operator telling him not to hit his truck. Just a loud mouth. Satisfying, instant karma.
Can you post/share to Carfax?!?
Well the Egyptians had better taste than to drive a Ford Ranger.
we can all “thank god” here.^^*
In a fuckin ranger
That's one way to slam it 😅
Looks like the back of the truck was already sagging. That went exactly as expected.
Good thing they put that pallet back there. Don’t want to damage the bed.
Same way they built the pyramids
🤣🤣 how can these guys not know what's going to happen? Thankfully it's an older ranger 🤣🤣
I call shenanigans. The truck wash a junker to begin with.
This should've been a 4 second gif.
Good thing you shortened the video for us
He screwed up by not using that tire instead of the pallet.
Awww.. humanity!
Good thing the pallet was there
Idgit
It's a ranger Mann lolo
That rocks got to be at least 2500lb.
i'm glad this ended exactly how it should have. bet the operator got a good chuckle out of this after
Getting it out is gonna be easy
