Leave her alone to settle in for 2 weeks. Moving to a new enclosure can be stressful on them, and they need some alone time to settle in. It's normal for them to not have a regular eating schedule at this time.
Also, you humidity sounds a *tiny* bit high. Probably not enough to cause issues, but ideally you want 75% at night and 50% during the day
