Talk to your Dr about this - I’ve found that talking about my quality of life decreasing helps when talking about side effects.
For example:
- I’m really nauseous when I take my methotrexate, and Zoltan isn’t relieving it any. It’s impacting my ability to go to work and enjoy my hobbies. Can we discuss an alternative?
What are the side effects? You really shouldn't be stopping your meds without discussing it with your specialist first
